BACKGROUND:
Aoi was born in the Arcosian Empire and raised to be a high end officer like his father before him. He was able to quickly advanced the ranks of the empire due to how smart he was both on the field and also doing paperwork and other things behind the scenes. What made him turncoat from the Empire was due to abandoning his duties for the love of his life who was part of the Saiyan faction. He gave it all up and was going to be arrested or killed due to him betraying them. Ryugan was able to help him escape the Arcosian Empire and help him go into hiding until it cooled down. This was during Blizzard wanting to be an emperor for his people. So after he died, it drew the focus away from the formerly decorated officer and the main focus on the death of Blizzard.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
STARTING LOADOUT: You start with 24,000 XP that can be turned into PL at a 1:1 rate or kept as raw XP to buy items with. You also start with 2,000 Zeni you can use to buy Zeni items with.
