Starlight, Starbright [CARNAGE]

Zuqetta felt equal parts relieved and worried by Nervan's words; she felt confident as he mentioned having no worry for the well being of those being evacuated, but the mention yet again of Lottus' strange "maddening" aura was unsettling. She still had no idea what that was, but for it to be brought up not once, but twice so soon meant it may have been a bigger threat than she realized. Still, at the mention that Lottus was departing, she was able to breathe a sigh of relief. "Maybe Zerori scared him away-" she'd remark, muttering it really merely in an attempt to settle her nerves.

Hovering into the air, she'd give Tinker a thumbs up to the plan, it looked like she wouldn't be the only one to head Xiaolan's way. As she made to depart, she couldn't help but to take notice of the playful bickering amongst team purple, as well as Flambréra remark. She felt a small tinge of pain in her chest as she randomly thought of Dark, but now wasn't the time for sudden emotional lamentation. She'd leave with a soft laugh, taking off through the air in the direction of Xiao.

It wouldn't take long for her to be upon the evac point, and following Tinkers advice, she'd limited her detours, using the orb only on those she sensed in her immediate vicinity while she flew. Arriving, she'd quickly taken notice of the fox as he bobbed up and down within the sea of people, with more still arriving even as she drew near.

"Xiao!" she'd exclaim, rushing down towards the fox and quickly taking hold of his had to pull him out of the crowd, "You look like you're doing much better!" she'd say happily, hovering around him to get a better look at his condition. She couldn't forgive Sen for his attack, regardless of his intended targets or his reasoning, but at the very least she wouldn't continue to hold a grudge so long as Xiaolan was fine. "I hope you weren't TOO overwhelmed, hehe, I'm here ta help! And the others should be here soon too!" she'd explain, looking around the area and taking notice of the provided food, "Betcha didn't expect ta share the joy of bentos like this, huh?" she'd laugh, before decidedly descending downwards towards the crowds.

The absolute masses of individuals made the scene rather chaotic; to make matters worse, not everyone teleported was of the positive sort. With no prejudice given on whom to evacuate, plenty of angry criminals and vile miscreants had been added to the mix and were attempting to start trouble outside of Xiaolan's careful eye. Zuqetta however, would be quick to scope them out and dish out punishment with a well placed knockout strike as necessary should Xiaolan or any other of the Novas to arrive had not done so themselves.

She remained careful however, considering the event was being televised, many of the Konatsians were already aware on Lottus' and were on edge. The last thing they needed was another Saiyan lashing out around them; Zuqetta did well to move with tact, hoping to put herself on display as a Saiyan who WASN'T a world exploding lunatic, and luckily, the wise old Illuma was out there proving the same.

Even if Tinker hadn't kept a mental note of where the composite being had thrown the orb, it was pretty easy to tell where the evac spot was now that he had a scouter on him. There weren't exactly a lot of alternative explanations for the giant clump of signatures outside the city, after all. Once he was done collecting the people he missed, it didn't take too much longer to reach them. It was a little after the Saiyan, but that only made sense given she didn't have to make the stops on the way.

As he rapidly approached the forced gathering, Tinker saw a bit of violence breaking out. That forced a sigh out of him. Yeah, this was probably at least a little his fault. He reached into his pockets as he ran forward, readying a few of the balls in preparation.

"So, how ya been handling things?" Tinker asked casually as he got close to the juggling fox. The Saiyan was helping handle some of the less friendly individuals. He somewhat recognized some of those she was handling; while a few of those he had warned thought better than to start trouble, it seemed the Fauxbian wasn't quite as convincing as he could've been. "Sorry, I didn't vet 'em too much, was kinda just trying to get 'em out the city. I'll help handle 'em, don't worry!"

With that, Tinker quickly threw a ball at one of those trying to start a fight, embedding itself thoroughly in the man's stomach and forcing a pained wheeze as he dropped. He joined Zuqetta in forcibly getting those violent individuals to calm down, continuing to. Funnily enough, most of them were suddenly willing to stop in the face of sufficient violence. Almost like they realized that it was a very bad idea. It was hardly ideal that some needed to receive that lesson twice, but whatever.

Just as it seemed things were about to calm down, there was an abrupt influx of people. Tinker didn't know exactly why, but the fact there was now a massive wave of people to deal with was a new issue to deal with. Most were confused, some were panicked, and none were really too sure what had just happened. "All of ya, calm down!" He yelled out, trying to quell the panic. Tinker had zero confidence in his abilities to do so, but he felt he had to try something. "We'll let ya all go back soon, once the fightin's done! We just need to make sure ya don't get hurt back there! If any of you're seriously hurt, come here. Can't fix everything here, but I'll have a machine to help ya heal properly soon!"

Admittedly, Tinker didn't actually know how quickly he could get a machine like that running. A vague soon was all he could give for now, especially since he didn't have anything like that on him right now. For now, best to focus on helping the injured. He couldn't do too much, only really doing basic first aid to help those who seemed in most need of it. He could at least do that for now.

Flambréra would do a mock mouthing of what Budoshi was saying when he mentioned making an ice lift when he needed to reach somewhere higher, as though making a lift of fire would've been a smart idea on her part, she would've just made things worse! "Sure you are, nerd"

Dahlia would raise an eyebrow at the Shinjin as he seemingly deflected the question, but if he didn't want to answer on it then she wouldn't push since she was sure it was something he could handle in his own time. He'd explain further instead on what he'd meant in calling her exceptional to which she'd place a finger to his mouth in a shushing motion, "I knew what you meant there" "Pfft, he knows that too he's just looking for a reason to talk about you some more" Flam would shake her head at Prophos as she passed them by, "You should probably focus on the task at hand a little more Prophos!"

Nervan's answer on that they wouldn't be too far either way and Jinx still had the portal they could always arrive through if needed seemed to suffice as an answer for both Dahlia and Flam. So helping at the evacuation point it was! Flam's want for some action hadn't faded though either but she knew there was still work to be done so she'd follow the purple group back to the evacuation point alongside Dahlia.

There sure was a lot of people! Which meant a lot of mouths to feed, a lot of people to calm down and a lot of chaos. Xiaolan and the others were handling it pretty well though but their help was certainly needed here more then over by where the fighting was. "If you need any water, Dahlia can probably help provide that and I can help with any fire being needed for cooking!" Flambréra would say with a grin to Illuma and Xiaolan since they seemed to be the chefs here. Dahlia would follow Budoshi in his efforts to make sure people were behaving, offering looming intimidation support wherever it was needed but would give a thumbs up to show her powers could be used if water was needed too for the others and their cooking ideas. With the fighting seeming to die down for the other group, hopefully all these people could be returned home soon ad the Nova's job here today will have been accomplished!

The conquering of a planet and inauguration of a new leader was now seeming like nothing more than an impromptu city wide barbecue. Those that would have caused problems had been dealt with, the citizens were well tended to, and all others seemed to be enjoying themselves all things considered. In place of panic there was laughter, in place of fear there was a curious hope. Zuqetta didn't know what kind of lives these Konatsians had been living before Jinx decided to install herself and the Novas as the leading power here, but she could make a pretty well placed guess considering how easily and openly the public seemed to be accepting the situation.

While she, Flam and Prophos helped out Illuma and Xiao with cooking up further meals, Budoshi and Tinker saw to entertaining the less interactive children. It wasn't long until even more with an interest in the equipment would join in, and with all the activity, there would quickly be even more hungry mouths to feed. All in all, things had been a rousing success; perhaps other cities might still have felt a bit less accepting, but Lux certainly wasn't. Things were nice, and unconsciously, Zuqetta would be smiling the entire time; being part of a group was a much nicer experience than she ever could have realized.

In the midst of cutting up vegetables alongside Illuma as best she could, she'd hear Xiao's request and laugh. "Sure thing Xiao Bao~!" she'd say happily, taking a moment away from cutting veggies to take hold of Xiao's fluffy cheeks, examining his face closely, "Clothes are easy, hehe I make 'em for myself all the time!" she'd say excitedly, rubbing her hands up his face and atop his head to get a good idea of the size, "I'll try ta keep it close ta your previous design!" she'd say, hoping to reassure the fox as her hands began to stroke his fluffy ears. She was wholeheartedly doing this to better materialize a hat for him, but the slight blush of her face might have made it clear that she was also simply enjoying the feel of his fur.

She'd pause for only a moment, staring intently at Xiaolan, her face reddening more as she realized how awkward her actions might have been. Quickly releasing the fox and backing away, she'd laugh before giving a snap of her fingers. "Got it!" In a small shimmer of light, a hat quite similar in shape would appear upon Xiaolan's head; though it's color and design would be notably different. The hat was mostly while, with silver along the rim; in an asymmetrical manner, the Saiyan Empire insignia was emblazoned in red upon one side of the conical hat. The design would seem a tad wider than his previous, with the rim extending a few centimeters further, but most importantly would be the addition of two holes to allow Xiao's ears to poke through comfortably.

"There ya go!" She'd say happily, proud of the work she put into this particular piece, "Heh, maybe not... exactly the same." she'd state as she rubbed the back of her head, averting her gaze a bit, "I-If you don't like it, I can just make a copy of your old one." she'd continue in a rather reserved manner; in truth she hoped he'd like it, but she'd keep that fact to herself. The swaying of her tail behind her might have betrayed her feeling however, if her still slightly blushed face didn't already.

She'd acquiesce to whatever request Xiao might have had, before continuing to work alongside Illuma in the preparation of food. Though touch and go there for a bit, the Novas were now in control. If not with the food, Zuqetta would see to helping with any tasks she could, not simply to improve the image of the Saiyans, but to keep up the image of the new team she found herself a part of.

"Just had 'em lyin' in the pockets. Got more at home, so maybe the Novas can try something with 'em later!" While Tinker technically had more balls, these were all the balls that he could safely hand off. Ones that could break the sound barrier could hardly be described as 'safe', after all. Once the kids had the goals to work with, Tinker taught the basic rules of Soccer/Football. Back when he first experienced the game, he'd heard both names for the sport with the black and white ball.

He resisted joining once he taught them the game; he was still running hot from earlier and didn't trust himself to hold back enough that the kids would have a chance. That'd be no fun for anyone involved. It wasn't a flippant statement he made to the Tuffle; it might be fun to try sports with the Novas, assuming any of them actually wanted to play. It'd been a while since he'd engaged in sports beyond aesthetically, but it might be fun if he played with and against people on his level. That was a far more realistic idea if he was gonna be with the Novas.

Though, well, he wasn't a Nova yet, technically. Tinker's Nova status was still in limbo, being the only one here without an assigned colour. Sure, he figured he'd done pretty well today all things considered, but maybe he'd need to do more. Worst case, he could probably hang around, though. Difficult to imagine any of them would complain.

They'd probably complain if he didn't follow through on a promise, though. And he had promised something. Tinker walked up to Zuqetta, tapping the Scouter she provided him earlier.

"Love ta stick 'round for the party, but I kinda promised somethin' earlier. Don't think we need it much now, but may as well get a healin' machine ready, 'fore I forget. Don't wanna leave us without one for when we do need it." Tinker awkwardly rubbed the back of his head as he said that; he was well aware that he could wind up procrastinating, quite severely at time. Better to actually work on it now, before he had a chance to consider putting it off.

The Fauxbian handed over the scouter to the Saiyan, which held his address and contact info. None of them had any reason to know where he lived/worked beyond being on Konats, so best to just tell one of them. Maybe it wasn't necessary, but there was no harm in being sure. He waved to the remaining Novas, seeing that the other animal people had already taken off towards the city. The duo for explained reasons, the fox for unexplained ones. Wasn't really his concern what they were up to though. "Meet up with me whenever. Catch ya all later!"

With those last words, he ran back into the city. Back home to begin his work. The Fauxbian already had a good idea of how to do that, though it wasn't more than an idea right now. Hopefully, it won't take too long or cost too much...
