"Most people just think I'm mad when I bring it up and tell me I should let it lie, the Saiyan's left for a reason."
She clenched a fist on the bar and then let it relax again, still smiling like a child who'd been told a dream she had was actually real. Finding home had been on her mind for so long now and she knew others were searching as well...it made the whole thing seem so much more doable, like it wasn't just some fever dream.
"We need to move forward, but we shouldn't forget where we came from, not now not ever."
The young Saiyan smiled as she gripped hands with Zuqetta, both of them wit grins on their faces, Jagaimo's own tail moving slowly this way and that under the bar. There was still plenty to do but for now the hatchet had been buried and a friendship had been rekindled. The broken trust wouldn't complete fade after just this one meeting but she knew that amends were being made...a Saiyan's life was to short and often brutal to hold a long standing grudge and while things weren't perfect they were moving in the right direction again. Apologies went a long way in healing a void and IF Zuqetta could keep her word...then Jagaimo would help as best she could. Friends were few and far between for her and this was one she hadn't realised she wanted to keep so badly.
"The throne first."
It wasn't a question, more a statement of intent. The young woman refilled their glasses again for not the last time that evening and gave a small toast in her guests direction before they began to talk more. Of the world, of the state of things and how they saw the Saiyan's of the future. They spoke of Sadala at length well into the night ad when the bottles were drained dry and the conversation had run its course they parted ways to make arrangements. There was much to do, there was a Queen to crown.
