Thankfully Prophos got where Pankaa was coming from about still being skeptical and would even mention a prior prediction. It took the Avali only a couple moments to think on what that one could've been meaning-- At least the first part about the sun and moon and was fairly obvious and he'd give a light snort thinking about it. Surely by that it meant Nero and his partner... As for the eclipse? It could only mean the kid the pair were now expecting too but Pankaa admittedly scrunched up his face hearing this, it was even prophesied that those two would get together and have a kid? Surely Prophos had just heard the news and was making a prophecy off that-- But how would he of known? And what did the part about strawberries and pancakes mean?
"Pancakes and strawberries are a good combination for a breakfast or dessert dish but what's that got to do with anything..." Well, he was sometimes referred to as pancake and his friend Ozera was sometimes referred to as strawberries... Nah it couldn't be meaning them. "Well the first part got everything I think its referring to right but that second part I think it's way off the mark-- Unless its just talking about the actual dish" As if he'd fall in love like his brother had! The book was either meaning something else or it was wrong, simple as that!
"You mentioned that it gave great importance to the part about the sun, moon and eclipse, how do you know when it thinks something its predicted in particular is important? What makes it important compared to the other predictions? Do you seek out the important predictions it gives?" The Shinjin mentioned that its predictions are random and something it's done throughout time. The predictions window it had was quite large too... But surely the prediction given to him had to involve him so it couldn't take thousands of years?
Of course, the book was the only one of its kind as well. He really wanted to take it back to his workshop and run some tests but there was no way to do that that probably wouldn't upset the Shinjin who currently owned it. He'd sigh but gave an understanding nod. He shouldn't need a prediction book to save his dad anyways, he needed to be better then to rely on something like that to give him all the answers. Nothing worth it was ever easy.
"Yeah? What's your situation, if you don't mind me asking of course" He'd ask the Tuffle curiously, wanting to see how their situations differed.
