Ozera would explain that while they did agree at the time and it made sense to then, it no longer made sense now to keep that agreement. He'd look at her funny when she booped his snout and squinted slightly when she mentioned that she couldn't be distracted if he was also viewed as important. "Hey maybe twelve year old us had a good point" He'd poke her beak back for the earlier boop, "Plus I do all those things as your friend anyway, I don't see how that ties back into the romance stuff" Was he really going to argue against a relationship with him being a big W? Thankfully he didn't seem to, just giving a sort of chuffed looking smile back instead.
When she made it clear her opinion of his face had changed to in fact the opposite of what she thought before he'd give a nervous chuckle, "B-but nothing about it changed much!" He'd lie. "Still the same dumb feathery face as before!" Seems her threat had very much been registered!
Perhaps Pankaa's concerns about distractions had been more about himself then the Arcosian as well, Ozera didn't seem distracted by much (Except for maybe rocks) but Pankaa? Well.

The Avali would follow suit when Ozera pulled back her hand in order to let the energy take shape of the silhouette before them. Now that it was able it'd take the shape of a small Namekian and the pair would watch as a memory played out before them-- It was missing parts, like whoever the child was holding the hand of and the responses of who they were talking to but it still painted a clear enough picture. When the shape of the Namekian faded back into the grey mist it was before he would look to Ozera for a moment before then catching the glimmering of another silhouette's light.
It made sense to follow the path this energy was trying to take them on, there was a story here to unfold and only it knew the correct order in which to unravel it all. He'd offer a hand to Ozera to take if she wished before heading for the silhouette who's energy currently shone brightest. There were others they could have gone to first but he wanted to let the memories tell them the story how it wanted to. "C'mon, let's follow its lead. Together again?" He'd ask when it came to reaching out to the energy of the next silhouette again, waiting for Ozera's response first this time before making any motion to reach for it.
