BACKGROUND:
Delta is the most recent model of the Sentry Program, created by the Arcosian Empire, for the purposes of filling in the growing issue with warriors being stretched too thin across the Empire, and to make up for the generally weak battle power of the typical soldiers of the Empire's forces. Delta possesses the most advanced Artificial Intelligence Matrix the Empire is able to produce - moreso advanced than the original Sentry model. Unlike the earlier models, Delta's programming allows for learning, as well as possessing a personality matrix that will make the Android easier to speak to, give orders, and receive orders from -- or so is the intention.
Delta was constructed to be the ultimate Android, meant to grow stronger at the same rate, if not faster than, its biological counterparts for which it was visually designed to represent. During testing phases, Delta showed exceptional skills in not just combat, but interpersonal comprehension, situational awareness and assessment, as well as showing striking signs of reason. Whether this behavior is due just to the nature of such advanced A.I, or something more, has yet to be known.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.

Delta Sentry fires a powerful beam from their pointer finger at the target with the intention of searing through flesh and bone!

Variants: Overflowing: Your technique gains an additional 10% strength when clashing with any other technique, and cannot be fizzled unless beaten in power.
Bleed: Your technique will inflict the Bleeding Status if it deals more than 20% damage to a target. This will last two turns.
Disappointment: If an opponent takes less than 20% damage from your attack, regain half of the KP used to fire it. This rounds down in the case of decimals, and stacks with other KP regaining effects.
