A lot happened yesterday on the former Mount Frappe. Spells were cast, ideologies tested, harsh words exchanged and sick beats dropped. One fact was true though, the Mountain itself was now a sugary wonderland of sweet treats and delicious Iced coffee. A true paradise.
But it was soon to be something else as well. A home to one of the greatest heroes of our generation (eventually.) A shake beneath the surface, a rumble in the core. Tourists and protestors alike would find themselves stumbling or even losing their footing entirely as some force made it's way up the mountain. The remnant magic of Chervii coagulating and forging itself, growing and growing more and more until!...
"BEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!"
Something burst out of the peak of the mountain with a surge of pink and blue energy, like beautiful flaming sprinkles. A wave of whipped cream and coffee splashed out, dropping down onto some delighted tourists as the small brown form reached the apex of it's launch and started hurtling back down to Earth.
Not...straight down, to be clear. It was coming down in an arc, and it was coming down fast. So fast that the being seemed to catch alight from sheer speed as it soared down through the sky and crashed straight through the brick and mortar of the Central City Comics Emporium. Taking out a shelving unit filled with beautifully arranged Groovo Snaps.
There was a small, smoking crater in the building now, and a puddle of gross brown goo that soon enough came together again and formed a short Majin like creature. Who seemed very confused, but even more hungry.
Without skipping a beat Bean! began tucking into the glorious banquet of the comic emporium. Ripping into and swallowing whole the most recent run of Arachnid-Fella. Which nobody would likely miss. Page after page was torn out and swallowed by the Majin. Civilian's and store workers alike too afraid to even move or try to intervene as he began shovelling comics into his mouth one by one.
