Chieftain Ginko

APPEARANCE: A medium sized alien of 4'11" tall, Ginko is a larger and more physically fit member of his species. His body being comprised of mostly muscles and hardened skin from constant battle, he towers over his subjects and has the body of a professional warrior. His physical appearance is standard of his species, however very different from other creatures of the universe. Consisting of a mostly round body of rough, yellowy hide-like skin, on his head is three horns covered with a thick layer of protective skin. On his face he has two sets of eyes, one upper set with near-sighted vision and one lower set with far-sighted vision, as well as pronounced discolored lips of a light blue with sharp carnivorous teeth inside. Chest down, he has a barely noticeable muscle-pack akin to an Earthling's six-pack though far less defined due to his muscle structure. Flanking either side of his chest is two sets of arms, equally large and powerful among the body parts. Each hand having a total of four digits and a thumb like most other species in the universe. Finally, to his legs and feet, his legs are stubby in his normal form and normal to most humanoids in the universe, except for his four toes on each foot. 
To cover himself, he usually is seen wearing his giant gerbil skin cloak to cover his body with a thin fur scarf if it is cold. However, whenever wearing modern clothing, he is almost always in Arcosian combat gear fit to his body.
Battle Form: When in his Battle Form, Ginko takes the shape of a 10 foot tall humanoid dragon monster in the upright standing position. His middle horn grows out to break through the skin and form a boney electrically charged horn with curved swirls down it's body. His skin goes from yellow to a deep blue-green and his hide turns scaley on his upper face and feet. His entire body bulks up to a massive, muscular form as his other horns become large demonic horns on either side of his head, and his fingernails turn into talon-like claws. Finally, his stubby head reaches out and becomes the muzzle of a great dinosaur with evil thinned eyes and a forward-shaped jaw. Across his chest and joints, thin layers of protective scales form into large gauntlet and chestplate-like appendages that protect vital organs.

BACKGROUND: Born twenty-five years prior to the modern age on his native planet of Mogina, Ginko was originally a standard Moginaian of no useful talent in his child and teenage years. Helding catch fish and hunt large beasts in the pack, he became annoyed and disillusioned to the rule of their current planetary Chieftain who ruled all of the tribes across the world. This Chief was weak, never participating in the hunts and regularly gorged himself on luxury parts of the meat and living it large high up on the mountain top where the Chieftain's hut resided. This Chief only became so when his father died without any proper challenge, and as this weak, frail being continued to rule his planet, Ginko became angry. His angry turned into violence, which he could not take out on his family nor his fellow Moginaians. As a result, he took his anger out on the wildlife and plantlife. Punching trees to vent his woes and frustrations, he was inadvertently working out his arm and hand muscles as he did so, slowly growing stronger as he did. He started solo hunting the massive monsters his tribe normally swarmed as a large group, mastering the art of the kill alone. The first of his species to properly do so. With time, his body become more toned and powerful, and his soul became more and more attuned to his body as he unlocked for the first time in his entire species' existence the application of Ki. He used this newfound power to learn to fly, shoot beams of fire and Ki from his mouth and horn, and finally unlock the legendary Battle Form of his people. With all of this power and anger inside of him, it was finally time for Ginko to return to Chief Mountain and assert that he was the only one worthy of being Chief.
Going home to the main tribe where the Chief lived, Ginko challenged him to a personal duel and without any struggle or damage from their fight, he murdered the previous Chief and took the position as planetary Chieftain of the whole of Mogina, leading his people to even more profitable and gratifying hunts. Killing so many monsters that plagued his people and collecting the best cuts of the meat, Ginko discovered aliens for the first time who came to try the plants and meats the planet had to offer. Trading their planet's only useful resource, the most delicious meat to ever exist in the universe, Ginko was able to get his people the necessary supplies to learn how to speak the language the rest of the intergalactic community knows so they could communicate better as a whole with the universe, as well as comfort items such as Arcosian battle armor and pillows and blankets they had not yet invented. Using these tools, and his connection to the intergalactic food market, Ginko intended to rule forever as the Chief of the Planet. That was, until the most recent developments.

Light Offensive Technique || Fire Breath
Opening his mouth and channeling his Ki, Ginko can spray a stream of sicky, burning liquid that immediately catches fire on contact with whoever is hit by it.

By flexing really hard, Ginko hardens his skin to unseen heights, intent on evaporating any potential attacks coming his way.

Dashing towards the opponent, Ginko uses all of his arms to launch an insane hail of punches and slashes at the opponent, intent on causing major damage.

SPARKING Offensive Heavy Technique || Ho Hu Ho Ha Hu (First of a Kind)
Ginko channels all of his Ki into his mouth to charge up a beam, before attempting to close the distance and grapple his opponent, firing the mouth laser at point blank range at their head. This beam is accompanied by his liquid fire, which douses the enemy who is successfully hurt by the technique with a burning sticky oil that's on fire.

Utility Technique || Flight
Something trained after he finally achieved Ki use, Ginko has mastered multi-directional mid-air flight and maneuvering with great skill, allowing him to fly and to masterfully use any combat techniques while in flight.

Utility Technique || Masquerade 
A technique that Ginko isn't even aware he is using as it inherently is going on in his body, as a defense mechanism against any creatures capable of feeling spirit energy or pressure, his power level and Ki power whenever scanned seems to be double what it actually is, hiding his power behind a fake veil of intense power and might. (This technique only affects ki sensing, making him appear more powerful than he actually is. If he had 24,000 PL, his reading would be for 48,000 PL, and so forth. This does not actually change his power level or make him more powerful). This technique does not use KP and is passive.
