CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
A bit larger than your standard tuffle, Persi's modification to his body has made him appear slightly off from the rest of his native species. Standing at 5'5" with a thinner, muscled but lanky body, Persi is an absolute unit of warrior, very unlike the rest of his people. His skin is a light tan with a slight tinge, two machine mutant lines dragged down his face from just below his eyes to his lower cheeks and meeting at his chin. His face is best noted by his large, orange colored mustache and wildly long ocher hair going down his back. His clothes consist of a set of cargo shorts, a thin button down conservation shirt, and large boots. Oftentimes, he can be found with a loose trench coat emboldened with Tuffle tech symbology over his shoulders like a cape covering his back. Through his modification into a Machine Mutant, Persi's body has become maliable and mutated to be able to turn into a formless being, turning into a greyish putty that can morph into various shapes. The only staple that stays the same as he transforms into these forms is his red facial lines on the face of whatever form he takes.
BACKGROUND: Born forty-five years ago to the native Tuffle population living on Planet Plant, his life was mostly learning the tech trade from his family and figuring out his place in the world as the planet was raging with the Saiyan-Tuffle war. All Persi had seen growing up was his people fighting for their lives from the foreign species, but unlike his brothers and sisters, Persi did not come to hate the Saiyans. They were just needing a home, like all the animals in the universe. It was through this conflict that Persi found his true calling in life, even if it led to being a slight disappointment to his family. Rather than be a brilliant scientist, or devoted soldier of the Chancellor, Persi fell in love with nature and all of it's beauty. Giving his life to keeping the peace in the wilds of the planet, it was the request by the government for him to participate in the war on his 40th birthday that drove Persi to serve his planet and fight the fight. He hated it with every ounce of his being, preferring a good melee over shooting a helpless person so far away. It was through this that led to his untimely near-end. Persi was in a conflict trying to defend wildlife from raging fires engulfing an area of operation, leading to him being left behind and ultimately beaten to near death by the Saiyan forces in the area. The dying body of Persi was found and taken by the Tuffle scientist named Dr. Ximen who started working on everything he could to save the dying man. It was only through genetic and biological mutation and mechanical replacement therapy that Dr. Ximen was able to save Persi from the grips of death. This middle aged Tuffle was transformed permanently into the first of his kind, a Machine Mutant of purely Tuffle construction. His body no longer stuck in his humanity and every part of him modified to survive anything that was thrown at him. He was now the ultimate Tuffle creation in his creator's eyes, and soon he would be released to keep the species alive should anything happen with the ongoing war.
However, everything in the plan would change drastically with Lottus' invasion of Hatchi City and his attempt to destroy the planet. The actions of the Black Day set off failsafe mechanisms in the lab housing Persi's development pod, and it's evacuation procedure set off a chain of events that sent the pod jettisoning itself from Planet Plant and rocketing off towards Planet Earth where he could come out of his growing period, ready for the world at large. The universe is his majesty, and he intended on preserving it and the safety of all planets and wildlife. At all costs.

Taking in all of his genetic data and empowering his body more and more, he can force his genetics to increase his body mass and Ki power to become unthinkably powerful for a short time. (Flavored Max Power: You may activate Max Power at the very start of your post, increasing the power of all of your techniques by +10% while active. This will drain Momentum at a cost of -1 MP per post and prevents you from gaining MP naturally, using evasive or escape techs, blocking escapes, and intercepting attacks meant for others. Utility Technique || Machine Mutant Physiology
Due to his body's genetic modification to become a MM, he is 100% maliable and putty-like. His body can morph, stretch, shrink, and enlarge to make virtually any shape or replicate any form he sees within certain reasons of size. His largest form being about the same size of an Oozaru, and his smallest form being a literal puddle of moving goo capable of escaping into cracks and cervices as thin as the gaps in door frames and walls.
Utility Technique || Epidemic
Utilizing his unnatural MM biology and powers, willing targets can become temporary imbued with his Blutz Waves and become infected with his own mutated variant of the Tufflization parasite, gaining an appearance similar to his own. This person who has taken the mutated gene becomes more susceptible to Persi's speech and requests, almost as if they're unknowingly being mind controlled by him. An alternative form of taking the mutant gene is through being hit by his Sparking technique, which if it hits injects the opponent with the gene on contact. The effect wears off after some time away from Persi, or if Persi is defeated. This requires OOC permission to use or affect any player character.
