Alvin

APPEARANCE:

Alvin stands at an impressive six feet in height. The Alien has dark ember eyes, and teeth that resemble a mixture of teeth that Humans and Wolves would have. His nails naturally grow with a sharpened point on them nearly as sharp as any store bought knives.

BACKGROUND:
Alvin had a rather rough life starting out. As a baby his parents had visited Earth in a venture around the universe to find an opponent that caught their attention. After a year of searching to no avail the parents of Alvin left, and made a point to leave Alvin behind in a local Orphanages so should they ever return perhaps their child would become their opponent in the future.

Growing up on a new world Alvin was often made fun of due to his animal like features, and his animalistic like anger that came out only when his peers would push too far. Different from the Earthlings Alvin was always strong even as a child he was able to fight against the teenagers of the orphanage eventually taking it over and turning to a life of crime all at the tender age of ten.

A position he held until the Animal Person had turned the ripe age of twelve. His alien genetics quickly began to change his features. His once chubby appearance turned chiseled. His childish and immature attitude also began to change, and eventually he left the life he had before in the dust in search of a brighter horizon.

When Alvin turned fourteen he'd finally came to said brighter horizon. He was scouted by a local pop idol agency. One whom was held in high regard in east city. Although Alvin was only fourteen years of age. Due to his alien heritage he resemble that of a six teen year old actor, and as such the idol group who wished to have him had no problem offering him enough money to make his come to their side.

From the age of fourteen to twenty-two Alvin has consistently preformed all around Earth. Bringing fans from all around the globe together to hear the soft and almost sorrow filled tones that the White Wolf was able to produce for their enjoyment.

The user of this Technique puts their index finger and thumb together in front of their lips. Then with their lungs filled with air the blow out releasing a ear piercing noise in an attempt to damage their opponents ears or perhaps to catch their opponents attention. Either way it has been known to cause the animals in the surrounding areas to hide or cover their ears.

Light Offensive || Axe Kick

Variants: Null
The user lifts up either leg with great speeds. The leg can be aimed at any target, however as the kick pushes forward it is surrounded by the users KI allowing the user to cause a devastating strike if it were to land.

Heavy Offensive || All Out Wolf

Power: 50%
KP Cost: 4 KP
Variants: Stasis
The user is overcome with their own Ki allowing it to surround themselves. Letting their next attack deal a destructive amount of damage towards their target. While cloaked in this KI due to stasis the user is able to pass off the veil of KI to an ally to use the power of the wolf.


Heavy Sparking || Wolves Howl

Power: 100%
KP Cost: 5 KP
Variants: Quaking+
The user lets their animalistic instincts overcome themselves. Releasing a bellowing howl empowered by their own Ki escape their lips. Letting the ground around them tremble as their Oath to the hunt is made and their hunt will truly begin in earnest.

Utility Technique || Flight
The user disobeys the laws of gravity. Using their Ki to allow them to lift off the ground to heights that they prefer, or perhaps get to sights they're interested in viewing.

Utility Technique || Planetary Telepathy
Allows use of telepathic communication between nearby or familiar characters on the same planet as yourself, letting you and your friends always converse internally. This technique is passive and does not require KP.
