After his long slumber, Raihan's eyes would open. He would no longer be in the body of a dragon, but that of the human's who attempted to summon him. He would look down at his hands in shock, and then at the various magical symbols all around himself. The human soul that once dwelled in this body was long gone, it was his physical form now. The young dragon could actually live a life, but what was his purpose...

BACKGROUND: Raihan was a being born of rather unconventional means. Several hundred years ago, a powerful mystic on a planet lost to time attempted to bestow a gift onto the world he guarded. This man was a Kami, and attempted to create an eternal dragon for his people. but there were complications. His mystical abilities were weaker than he realized, and thus too would be the dragon he created. Raihan was born as a small ethereal dragon who was only summoned for a few short seconds, before the spell that created him would slip. The mystic's power was far too weak, and the young dragon would be returned to Other world. Raihan creates a misty shield of light blue ki which either stops or reduces the damage of an incoming attack.

Variants: Shield (-30% bleed damage reduction if within 60% PL of the attack's remaining damage.)

Raihan moves at an incredibly fast speed to avoid an incoming attack, leaving a ghostly afterimage of himself where he once stood.

Support Technique || Empower the Dragon [Max Power]
Raihan's aura becomes a much darker shade of blue, and imbues him with the Spirit Dragon's might. You may activate Max Power at the very start of your post, increasing the power of all of your techniques by +10% while active. This will drain Momentum at a cost of -1 MP per post and prevents you from gaining MP naturally, using evasive or escape techs, blocking escapes, and intercepting attacks meant for others. You can only turn it off at the end of a post, at the end your second post after activation at the earliest. You will still consume MP and not regain any MP on the post you turned it off on. If you run out of MP, you lose Max Power's effects at the end of your post and cannot gain any MP on your next turn.

Raihan's aura begins to flare up, slowing growing larger and larger. Eventually, this aura explodes, temporarily releasing a massive spectral dragon that surrounds and protects him against an incoming attack.
