To the outside, she plays the part of the chivalrous elite, the noblewoman who upholds loyalty, virtue, humility. Outwardly facing is a polite woman who is fervently dedicated to the Saiyan king. As presented, there is no flaw, no chink in her armor, and Lettuch is the very model of a Saiyan Elite. But even then, the facade is too perfect, really, for anybody to truly believe without being extremely gullible.

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: Lettuch was drawn by me! <3
PERSONALITY:
Lettuch has a very slow, smooth style of speech, and makes a better listener than a speaker. Drifting from one conflict to the next, Lettuch's frigid demeanor is as much a calculated answer to the turbulent world around her as it is a way of coping with troubled history the up-and-coming elite is trying to leave behind. Though generally unsure of how to regard individuals that don't qualify as direct superiors or relate to the acquisition of power, confusing this Saiyan's taciturn nature for simple-minded monkey business is a mistake few risk making twice.

In truth, Lettuch is a noblewoman in title alone. The mask of civility she wears is merely paper-thin; lurking just under the surface is the bloodlust of a true warrior, the exaltation of battle, the animalistic desire to see blood spilled. Combat excites Lettuch, the thrill of fighting electrifies her like nothing else. Deeper than that is a level of enjoyment derived from destroying her enemies, utterly and completely, to see everything lesser than her scattered before her like little wooden dolls. It slips out, when she is engaged in a truly great fight, but she keeps this locked tight out of fear of one day losing control completely, and meeting the same fate as any other common animal. She's an elite.
And so she plays the part.
Lettuch's family were members of a noble house, a branch family of the former king prior to his death during the Saiyan-Tuffle War, prior to the rise of Taori. Lettuch was born the third daughter of her father Sabbage, and seventh child overall. Painfully aware of the fact that she stood to inherit absolutely nothing, a young Lettuch left the planet and became an off-world mercenary from the tender age of six standard years old. Such a fate was usually reserved for low-class Saiyans, but since Lettuch had no future on Planet Plant, she knew she had to find some other means of surviving.
As a Saiyan, Lettuch thrived in this high-stress environment, even as expectations began to pile up. Though she lived for the thrills, she did not have an easy ride; on more than one sobering occasion, she'd nearly lost her life, and being an elite-class Saiyan counted for less than nothing among mercenaries and pirates. Even so, her own expectations were high, as an elite-class Saiyan, she was expected to be the elite among the elite and any stumble was treated as an insult to her family, to her race, and to herself. But Lettuch persevered and succeeded, little by little, day by day.
Years went by and pieces fell into place. She rose into her own not just through carefully laid out plans, but merit as well. Throughout her youth, she matured among the stars, garnering a reputation as a valuable mercenary and an efficient warrior. She fought not just for the money, but for the enjoyment; for the thrill every Saiyan lives for, deep in their hearts, no matter how much they try to resist their true nature.
The Saiyans... She'd been away from her home for far too long. Lettuch spent ten years among the stars; how had Plant changed in that time?
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Requesting that Lettuch's starting Transformation be named "Saiyan Soul" for now. Functionally identical to Oozaru; I'll be picking up a UT that allows her to access Wrathful at some point, and want to be able to represent that. Also a shout-out to the Budokai Tenkaichi series, hahahaAs a Saiyan, Lettuch thrived in this high-stress environment, even as expectations began to pile up. The Saiyans... She'd been away from her home for far too long. Lettuch spent ten years among the stars; how had Plant changed in that time?
The answer was: suddenly, and all at once. Her home planet Plant, which had been embroiled in war since the Saiyans arrived generations ago, had fallen silent. The Saiyan-Tuffle War ended. Her status as an elite-class Saiyan, inherited by virtue of being the only member of her family left alive after they each were killed by either the infighting, the outfighting, or the poisoning by Destron gas, it all counted for nothing. All of their few remaining assets defaulted to her possession, and Lettuch settles uneasily into these empty halls.
An animal grows restless in a cage.

TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
Light Offensive | High Speed Rush |
Lettuch lets a series of light attacks fly; punches and kicks in equal measure. Energy-efficient, but not particularly powerful.
Power: 20%
KP Cost: 1 KP
Variants: N/A
Medium Defensive | Explosive Wave |
Lettuch's Ki radiates a sudden burst of Ki outwards from her body in a sudden explosion, enough to repel opponents closing in on her and even reflect certain weaker Ki techniques. Practically designed to catch unaware opponents off-guard to press a newfound advantage.
Power: 50%
KP Cost: 4 KP
Variants: Reflective
Medium Offensive | Full Power Energy Wave |
A terribly simple Ki technique, something that even the most inept low-class Saiyan learns at around the same time they learn to form words. In its simplicity belies its strength, however; it is a wonderfully versatile move in the hands of a skilled warrior. No finer implement of battle.
Power: 50%
KP Cost: 3 KP
Variants: N/A
Heavy SPARKING Offensive | Kill Driver |
Lettuch forms a powerful ring of Ki between her palms, and expands it to a desired size. When thrown, the Kill Driver creates a powerful explosion at the point of impact. The larger the ring, the more powerful its resulting explosion becomes... with an increasing risk of the opponent simply slipping through the gap in the middle.
Power: 130%
KP Cost: 6 KP
Variants: Preparation
Utility Technique | Flight |
The very basic of Ki control. It doesn't get any simpler than this, aside from maybe throwing a punch. Lettuch is perfectly capable of using her Ki as a form of propulsion.
Utility Technique | False Moon |
By blending her Ki with the atmosphere of whatever planet she's on, Lettuch is effectively capable of forming a kind of "Power Ball" that functions as artificial moonlight. With this, she is no longer at the mercy of the availability of the full moon, and can access the yet-to-be-controlled Oozaru form at any time.
