It had been a few days then Korado had returned to Planet Vegeta. Despite the harshness of the planet he was glad to be back. The ten years of hell he experienced made him far more keen on the planet. Still it was not much to write home about. He had managed to set up some sort of house in the Saiba waste, it was nothing to be proud about but it’d have to do. He was not ready to return to Vegeta nor he was willing to join the tuffles. Even though he knew his blood was closer to them, the saiyan side still held strength. Plus he’d cry the day he’d have to face Amara in combat if he made such a choice. Though from what he knew both Amara and Garrick were gone. So maybe he didn’t have to worry about that. Still he was not keen on returning.
His plan now became to rebuild what he had and leave Vegeta in the future. That would be the best choice, everyone assumed he was dead. If they found out he had actually left, he imagined that doing no good for anyone, most importantly himself. So he worked in silence in the workshop he had made, designing parts for his pod. He didn’t have that good of tools but he made a pod with nothing but scraps so he could do this. The metal plating he was working on was looking pretty good too. The buzzing noise that came from the drill like device he was using rang out across the Saiba Wastes. “I really need to make an underground bunker to work on this stuff, the noise is gonna bring more saibaman i image.” Korado rubbed his head. He went back to work drilling away at the metal to shape it for the use in a pod.
Thread PL: 7,500 | Antisense: Active Someone had moved in recently. It was no scout or wandering wildperson like herself either, but rather a tinkerer of some kind, working day and night on machines. They had a house that stuck out against the backdrop of the wastes and were secluded in it doing whatever it is that most tinkerers do. Pursla's brow furrowed from the bush she'd be hiding in, unsure of what to do. Allowing a single person to live peacefully here was one thing, but with the growing amounts of Tuffles and Saiyans braving the wastes to try and get a foothold in the war... well. Better safe than sorry. It may have been peacetime to a degree but Pursla did not put it past either side secretly trying to come up with a solution. And for now Pursla had taken a much more active interest in the course of the war, spurred by Vennel - not to take part, but to prolong it. It was a selfish goal aimed only at letting her live in relative peace for a while longer, but Pursla figured that if THIS was her one selfish wish, she may as well indulge. So slowly, she went closer and closer to the house, flitting from cover to cover...
Korado worked in the confines of his metal home the drilling burning at his ears. "This is so annoying." Korado sighed. He really needed to get those headphones he could put on his head to muffle the noise. But for now he just had to deal with the noise. The noise him unaware of the sneaking Around Pursla. Meanwhile, Sickle slinked from under the coach. It created an eye stalk from its bubbling mass. Korado stopped his work for a moment to see Sickle scanning "Something wrong. Looking for something to do maybe?" Sickle seemed to be getting bored. With no fighting he needed something to do. Korado pushed his ricky chair grabbing some paper he had. It was paper he was using to design a pod design that would not crash and burn but it was not a success in his mind. So he could just throw it out. "Go catch!" Korado threw the ball it bouncing into the Saiba Waste. Sickle began to slurp forward forming a limb from the mass. It grabbed the ball of paper and then pulled it into its mass. But after a few moments it burped out the paper it flying into the air. Sickle then turned glancing around for something else to play with as Korado went back to work.
Pursla blinked, watching curiously as some sort of ball-shaped object came flying out from the house, and moments later a bizzare mass of something chased after it. Her eyes narrowed, unsure of what exactly she was looking at as it snatched up the ball before spitting it out shortly after, burbling and gurgling a bit. She was able to sense some Ki coming off it, not a very STRONG signature all things considered, but it was there. That couldn't have been the actual owner the house, right? Some sort of pet or experiment done by the hand of a Tuffle. Perhaps if she wanted to make any progress alone, approaching this mass defensively while it was separated from its' master may prove fruitful. With a heavy sign the hybrid stepped out from her cover, tail whipping back and forth as the tall muscled woman stared down upon the strange creature not too far away. "Hello, odd squishy thing," She called out, hopefully not loud around to rouse whoever was still inside. "Are you smart or dumb?" The correct words were sentient or not but Pursla decided to keep things stupid simple when it came to interacting with beings of unknown intelligence.
When Pursla called out, Sickle perked up. Korado was not able to hear this of course as he was focused on his work. Sickle slowly pushed it mass across the ground leaving a slick trail as it headed towards Pursla location. It slowly slimed forth as Pursla called out asking for a sign of intelligence. The ball of slime just kept moving but growing bored with going slow the mass began to bubble. Then it sprouted itself four legs out of liquid mass akin to the stalks of a spider. It slowly pushed itself up the slime condensing itself into no longer a dripping form but a condensed ball. Two eye stalks jetted out of its mass blinking as it looking around and saw Pursla. He gave a glanced tilting its body as if looking over her. Deciding if she was a threat or not. The jagged armor, the wild look, she looked pretty dangerous. Sickle turned back to the house then back at Pursla. Sickle made a squishing noise before it stalks began to bounce across the ground. It quickly began to try to rush back to the house to go alert its master of what it just saw but this whole process took a long time. More than enough for Pursla to intercept.
