Rumor has it that their original homeworld was raided, wiped clean, and resold to the Sugarians who now call it home. Little remains in the way of evidence for such a claim. Some say it was Saiyan freelancers; others say the Herans needed a quick buck to fuel their piracy. Either way, most Cerealians are endangered. Low in numbers and scattered across the galaxy. Jango's mother was desperate for stability and prosperity. What better way to achieve that than marry a powerful Saiyan?
Jango had siblings. She doesn't remember much about them, being the oldest and strongest among them. Her hotblooded father decided to take the most potent child with him on his travels. Fighting. Killing. Stealing. Occasional visits to his Cerealian lover and other weaker children. Jango's heart had hardened long ago, adapting easily to the life of a mercenary and pirate. Despite that, she had a goal: raise enough money through whatever means possible to provide for her people. Not just her mother or misbegotten siblings, but tying together the WHOLE of the Cerealian race into a cohesive unit once more. A new home where they could live in strength and unity.
It was idealistic. Mocked but not dismissed by her father. Jango persisted. As the hybrid matured, she struck out on her own. East Galaxy quickly became awash with stories of the dual-wielding, foul-mouthed, playful pirate woman terrorizing many a sector. She can be ruthless, eager to battle, and overall a dick... but Jango's outer shell betrays her inner desire for validation and her ultimate goal. It is only recently that stories of SUPER SAIYANS draw her to a different part of the galaxy. Legendary warriors, resurrections, a political powderkeg... what an adventure to be had!
