Apexle gave a sigh as he sat upon a ruin structure high in the Earths sky. He'd been on Earth for a few hours by that point.Half the time was spent signing up for the weird accords the planet had. It was nothing like what he expected. His right hand ran over his midsection still revealed from his beating by the Guardian of the Planet. He knew she was strong, but the pain was nearly unbearable as he nursed his bruised ribs atop the structure.
His left hand lifting a local delicacy known as a Milkshake. He's chosen the strawberry flavor, and without a doubt the texture and the taste both suited his taste buds nicely. His drink half gone as he sat and contemplated. He could run amuck and blow apart the planet if he wanted, however what would that do? He wasn't like normal Saiyans. He didn't lust for destruction. He wanted to find heroes, and stop them. That being said aside from Jackie there wasn't even a single being on the rock that would be considered a threat in the future.
"Damn it all" The Tufyan complained leaning back and laying his back down. "My body aint doing so hot" Apexle complained as he stared at the clouds as they passed above him. His single crimson eye looking up as his other seemed to remain closed. "So this is it huh? A being created for war, but no war to be fought" Apexle said with a hint of regret.
He honestly believed that Jackie was the amalgamation of countless wars and bloodshed. He wanted to believe it even now, however Earth wasn't like that. It was most likely the most peaceful place in the galaxy.
"Guess I should check up on the little guy" Apexle thought to himself. He wasn't like his other. He was capable of entering that space anytime. After all he'd lived in the dark space for the latter half of his life. Actually the fight was the first time he was able to surface in years.
It wasn't long until Apexle was falling down the familiar dark path down to his inner mind.
As he arrived he noticed his bound counterpart. Nearly foaming from the mouth as he struggled in his shackles. "Hey there bud. How's my old home treating you?" The red eyed Apexle questioned. A soft smile overcame his lips. Unlike Apexle's first visit. He wasn't captured by the dark sludge. Since while he was in control he let Jackie bleed him out of a large portion of it.
The host was infuriated. "WHAT DID YOU DO YOU BASTARD" Apexle screamed at the top of his lungs struggling in his chains. It was clear he'd been trying to get free all this time as the chains seemed twice as tight as they were when the red eyed Apexle was bound.
"Now Now" The Red Eye spoke. "Strugglings just gonna make it painful why don't you calm down little one" The man spoke. His tone wasn't friendly or filled with hate. More or less filled with pity having spent so much time in the room. "If you didn't see I didn't even touch that girl. I just had some questions, and I let her bleed us out a bit. A much needed reduction in Destron might I add" The Red Eyed one said.
Apexle glared forward. "There's no way I'd believe that! This whole time you've been going crazy about killing her-" Apexle tried to say before he was stopped.
"Tearing their wings off isn't meant as killing them." The Red Eyed one said coldly. "For heroes to stay on the right path they need to be corrected. They need to feel weak otherwise they'll stray. They'll start second guessing their ideals. They'll start to question what justice even is. They'll start assuming they are justice" The man spoke as his eyes refused to look towards Apexle.
"And how would you know that? As far as I know you've never even left this place until today!" Apexle said with a disgusted tone. He hated it. He hated the fact he lost control. If only he hadn't released the second seal then he'd never have escaped.
"Because that's what I am" The Red Eyed one spoke in a calm tone. "I wanted to be a hero. Every day I was stuck in here it's all I thought about. How if I ever escaped I'd save everyone I could. I'd stop anyone doing wrong. I'd be someone people could respect" The man said staring at his palm. "But I couldn't. The body you stole from me. It wasn't mine anymore. I couldn't control anything that happened. When we were starving. When the pain of hunger was so strong that even I felt it" Red Eye said giving a cold glare at Apexle.
"There was no hero for us. Nobody helped us no matter where we went, and when it came down to it we resorted to eating from the garbage like any stray would" Red eye said with an even colder tone. "That's when I realized for a hero to exist there needed to be a villain. Since we hadn't met any in all our travels there was only one choice for me to make" He said stepping closer to the host. "That I'd become the villain. I'd serve as a catalyst so that others could live their dreams. I'd break their wings over and over again until they became strong enough to fly even if their wings were torn from their bodies" He said nearly a foot away from the host.
"If there is ever a story then I'll serve as its final antagonist, but I'll be different. I wont kill anyone. I'll break them down until they have no choice but to grow or evolve. That goes for everyone. That includes you" He said raising his right hand balled into a fist.
His cold cruel face emotionless as he brought his fist down slamming into the hosts face over and over again. The red eyed man didn't slow, and with every strike his hair whitened more and more. As if he was overtaking the host body with every strike. Eventually the screams from the host became mumbled and slurred. After he was satisfied the Red Eye'd one took his leave returning to the real world.
Outside of his mind the sun was setting. Drooping low as he reached for his drink knocking it off the tower and falling to the ground below. "Guess luck just isn't on my side today" The man said staring as his now shaking hands. "It'll be fine. I'm sure my plan will work out fine. He'll be fine" The man said staring at the endless sea of green that the Earth had to offer. He'd make sure while the idiot guardian was off planet that he'd watch over, and make sure any trouble makers were dealt with accordingly.
