Red and Yellow

It was nice to hear Jackie appreciated their little outing together - apparently, most people she saved didn't end up going and getting coffee afterwards, though if Jackie was as big of a hero as she seemed to be, Alva supposed that made some sense. Otherwise, she'd probably have to spend more time at cafes than she did actually saving people! "Yeah, well," Alva somewhat sheepishly replied with a shrug and a smile. "I had fun, too. I also appreciated not becoming a smear on the pavement, so thanks a bunch for that." That would have been... An inconvenience, to say the least. 

Alva thanked Jackie as she took care of their trash for them, and then wheeled herself out from under the table and over towards the exit of the cafe, waiting for Jackie to catch up with her. Alva wasn't sure what Jackie was finding funny, but she shook her head profusely when Jackie offered her a head, with her blonde ponytail whipping back and forth behind her head. "Oh, no, that's okay!" she hastily replied. "I um, pre-purchased my ticket, and I actually do kind of like getting to just zone out on my phone for a couple hours on the train."

Lies, obviously, though Alva mostly just didn't want Jackie to escort her only for her to need to come all the way back to East City to pick Teddy back up. She hadn't quite finished its remote return functions yet, and although they did technically exist, Alva didn't exactly want to risk them not working. "So, um... See you around, hopefully?" Alva asked as she warmly smiled up at Jackie. "Like I said, I'm totally down to hang out again. If you uh, ever wanted to."

It was nice to have a friend around her age again. Alva couldn't say she'd made one of those in a while. She tended to make way more enemies than friends. Either way, Alva gave Jackie one quick final goodbye wave before she started wheeling herself down the sidewalk, especially careful not to roll back into the street in front of another truck. That'd be so embarrassing, she'd probably just ask Jackie to leave her and let it smash her.
