CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE:
BACKGROUND: Rho was Created by a Namekian scientist named Dr. Kepler. The doctor was a brilliant man who had no family of his own. His work was his life. Decade after decade he toiled with failed experiments and poor quality generations until he finally got it right. For over a hundred years he studied how to create the perfect being. He used examples of other mad scientists work from all over the universe. His goal was to create the perfect warrior. He had no aspirations of world domination or anything like that. He was just a perfectionist who wanted to achieve the best quality of work throughout the universe. He wanted his name to be revered through out every star system for his intellectual genius!
The doctor drew inspiration from all the known species in the galaxy. He studied the universes strongest warriors and the different quirks that each race has. He spent year after year watching how they move and learning their anatomy. He tried to incorporate the best parts of each species while limiting a lot of the weaknesses they have. It took decades of research and thousand of hours to develop a working prototype. This Prototype was named A-01. It was exceptionally strong compared to normal Namekians but it lacked critical thinking and processing power. Undiscouraged at his shortcomings the doctor kept the prototype and used what he learned to make Rho.
Rho was created from a combination of lab grown cells and uniquely molded alloys to create a durable yet life like robot. Every inch of Rho's body had been finely crafted with the utmost care and detail. He was strong enough to life a mountain but nimble enough to keep the fastest of fighters on their toes. He is loaded with various technologies that are on the cutting edge of known science. He has a modified nuclear core to act as a never ending energy source that would never fail. The doctor was even able to replicate the full range of emotions. He feels both physically and emotionally. He gave his newest android a personality completely unique to him and him alone. he IS his own person. He could think and feel just like any ordinary person. He decided to make Rho look like one of the Saiyans he encountered in his youth. He was greatly inspired by their battle prowess!
When Rho awoke he spent the first year of his life hanging out with the Doctor and doing tests. His highly advanced computational brain helped advance the doctors vision and with his aid received numerous upgrades to keep moving closer to that perfect being. The prototype A-01 began to grow what one could only assume to be jealous. With Rho in the picture the Doctor had no real need of an inferior droid. Due to less then perfect programming the droid grew hostile out of fear of being decommissioned. Its self preservation kicked in. Shortly after the droid successfully assassinated the doctor while Rho was out gathering supplies.
Once he found out Rho was furious. Rho's first battle test was against one of his own siblings. Turning the droid into scrap was easy work for the android. The fight however destroyed most of Dr. Keplers underground lab and the entirety of their home. With no master to take orders from the young man was lost. He had no direction to go. His programming caused him to only truly desire battle and getting stronger. That was his endgame. He had to keep pushing his ceiling until it would not go any higher. The doctor had never given him any type of other goals or aspirations. This was it! The young android now wanders around Planet Namek looking for answers. He aimlessly seeks strong fighters in hopes of completing his programming.

The user channels a large amount of ki to the point of their finger. The user will then point their finger at the target and unleash a powerful beam of energy at them

A basic attack utilizing ki. The user strikes the air with either a punch or a kick. The speed and force of the strike pushes the air in a rapid manor towards their target. This nearly invisible strike acts as an extension of their attack allowing them to "punch" or "kick" things from great distances away

Rho will create a small bubble shield around his body. This barrier is capable of stopping most attacks. Once the shield has served its purpose Rho will release whatever ki is left at his target in a wave of pure energy at the attacker.

Rho can briefly make his body permeable. This allows him to pass effortlessly through solid objects such as walls, the ground, and other people. He can either activate just a portion of his body such as his hand or the entirety of his body at will. This can be used to hide underground or travel through walls or avoid NON kp attacks. He is unable to avoid any KP related attacks this way and has no effect on anything mechanically. Strictly Flavor
