Qarinah couldn't help but chuckle as the couple left her tent, a little bickering simmering between them after having had their fortunes read by her. It hadn't taken a genius to figure out that one was cheating on the other even without using the ability to read minds, but rather than stating it outright she'd let the insinuation fall along the lines of "attentions carried by another" and so forth. However they managed to defend themselves and deflect it to mean something else was entirely up to them.
After her meeting with the President and that business in East City, the silver haired demon had figured that keeping a low profile would be in her best interests for now. With Fukushu roaming the galaxy, she was betting that he'd be making a pit stop at Plant to try and recruit Saiyans to his cause, maybe even a trip to other worlds for the same reason... And knowing her luck with that particular brute of a bastard, she'd probably bump into him whilst she was trying to gather blood for Kamae's projects.
So instead she thought she'd try her hand at a little covert acquisitions project for now. This little theme park here on Earth had been advertising for a new fortune teller, and given that several methods of those arts could involve physical contact as well as a little blood here and there... Well, it didn't take the owners much convincing to let her set up shop as it were. The tent looked like your regular four sided tent, forming a pyramid at the top of it. Although it was a night sky purple, with decorations of stars and constellations across its surface, just to make it visually obvious what it was about. A little bit of magic later and she looked very much the part for your classic fortune teller.
Of course the main problem she was finding was that very few individuals with any actual power had come to her tent. Oh sure there had been a couple of Earthlings with a reading in the double digits, one who was even in the literal ninety ninth percentile as it were... But nobody with anything beyond that. But she collected a sample from everyone who was willing to play the game with a little fortune telling hemomancy just in case any of them had been suppressing their powers.
Qarinah shuffled her cards as she waited for the next person or persons to enter her tent... The next fly to fall into her spiders web...
