Dark Entities and Saiyan Levies

Sawba would have never expected to land in Hell of all places upon his death, although he had never denied the possibility either the Saiyan had always been confident in his not being "Evil". Regardless he was dead and in the Otherworld, namely Hell despite his wishes. Not letting this hold him back though since he had been promised an opportunity to escape Hell by proving his soul's worth Sawba also sought to return to the living. Beyond this if he was to achieve his revenge then Sawba would need to grow more powerful, learn rare techniques and what better way than to reach deep into what Otherworld had to offer?

Presently though the Saiyan found himself doing what he had grown a tendency towards on Acrose and her neighboring moons. This being training alone and away from anyone who might judge him, whether it be positive or negative mattered not. Shadowboxing in place along the shore of the infamous "Blood Sea" Sawba would begin to gnaw on his lip all the while. That was until the arrival of a nearby Power Level that ridiculously outclassed Sawba's own, a common occurrence for the Saiyan it seemed. Biting his lip hard enough to make it bleed then Sawba would nonetheless brace himself, prepared to defend. if necessary. Quickly enough Sawba would scan the horizon to discover the newcomer, an individual [if you could call it that] who appeared like a living nightmare.

Blinking in place Sawba would prepare to open his mouth and speak, but found that no words would follow if only due to his pure dumbfoundedness. Clearing his throat then Sawba would attempt to speak a second time.

" I hear the sea's full of nightmares. Are you one of these? "

As the thing...The individual floated in place, unmoving, as it watched him filling Sawba with a sensation akin to dread, uneasiness. He didn't feel overwhelmed, merely he felt more than uncomfortable, akin to how he felt when witnessing Fukushu the Heran attack East City or when he witnessed the Acrosians in action. However it was when this newcomer spoke on Sawba's already lack of a life that the Saiyan was left pondering.

Could he die as a Spirit?

Was he effectively immortal?

Raising a brow as some weird confidence began to brew inside of his belly the Saiyan would then instinctually attempt to run his left fingers and hand over his golden halo. " A God in search of a lowly Demon? Interesting....Slayg? Never heard of em', I just got here not too long ago though. And dead? Halo speaks that in volumes, as for a deal? Uh...What do you mean? I'm an agent of the Acrosian Empire, what can you offer me that wouldn't ruin my alliance? "

Taking to floating in place himself for a moment Sawba would then float a bit over the red "water" himself.

" I'm seeking to obtain strength so I might avenge myself against the likes of the Heran known as Fukushu! "

Rolling his shoulders and curling his lip then at the mere memory of the muscular fiend Sawba would pause in moving forward, leaving some eighteen feet or so between himself and Sankishin Kamae.

Sucking on his teeth for a moment Sawba would show his momentary displeasure, just being around the floating individual was making the Saiyan feel ill. Fate was twisted, having thrown the "God" and the Saiyan together in Hell of all places, both working with the Acrosian Empire in some aspect or another, and both knew Fukushu the man whom had killed Sawba no less. Fate was a cruel Mistress.

The..."man" offered Sawba a healed body, resurrection, training, and strength...Yet, had labeled Sawba nothing more than a little soldier while also threatening to kill him should the deal go sour if the Saiyan himself hampered with it. Grumbling lightly as he mulled over these two negative comments Sawba would also be mindful of what had been offered, though the judgement of King Yenma having dropped him off in Hell in the first place also kept the gears spinning.

" Woah, woah, slow down...Don't need to spill the beans all at once....Give a guy time to think and ask questions in between...I mean whatever, it's cool. Uh...I'm not a foot soldier, I am Commander Sawba and I serve Emperor Mint faithfully! "

Clearing his throat the Saiyan would then sigh in an attempt to calm himself down.

" Your deal sounds sweet and all, but you're right there are things worse than dying and being in Hell is one of them. I was sent here for a reason and I feel like part of our deal would leave me worse off in King Yenma's eyes. I mean what is this group of people, some cult? If they are willing then why don't they take themselves out in one go? Some poisoned fruit punch for all to share? Why do you need someone like me to slay them?

That's a Butcher's job, not a Shepherd's....And I'm tired of being labeled one! "

Sawba couldn't deny the confusion that had been bubbling inside of him since Yenma's decision to force him into Hell. The Saiyan held loyalty to the Acrosian Empire, yet his eternal soul was "burning" in Hell due to it. So what was he to do and where did that leave his future?

" I....I....Look no offense, I'm just trying to make sure I don't end up dead again and if I do, that I don't end up back in this shithole. Y'know? "

Even with all of the mystical and creepy crap that was unfolded before him Sawba was staunch in his new beliefs.

" Tsk, who I am? You have no idea who I am.

Who I am is a just man, that much I know. As for my name, you can call me Sawba. And still I'm not sure mercy killing a bunch of lively folk is within my set of skills. "

Pausing and taking the time to let out a half-sight the Saiyan would then continue to speak further.

" Don't get me wrong, I'm no prude, but I will not cross the boundaries I have set for myself in this life, nor the next. If we find an equal agreement then there's no reason we cannot work together, but if we cannot where might that leave us?

Perhaps we can start out simple...Might you inform me more on my current residence of...Hell? In turn I can perform some sort of equivalent favor? "

After having encountered the likes of Majin Moire the Saiyan knew to be prepared for stronger foes to throw their metaphorical weight around, acting akin to bullies. What was to stop this "God" from killing him all over again in that instant of defiance? The only reassurance the man would find would come in the fact that they had already hesitated to do so already. Yet, at this point Sawba would be left wondering if the God before him was a God of Pain or even a Demon God...
