BACKGROUND: Weapon B1, aka Helix, is a Bio Android created by the Golden Garden Pharmaceutical company, a relatively small corporation who is hoping to sell the young Bio-Android's services as a peacekeeping super soldier to the Earth Government. However there is a major fly in this ointment. Both Weapon B1 and its twin "brother" A2 are mentally speaking, children. And they frankly are...very bad about following their father's, a scientist named Dr Erde, commands. They are disobedient, rambunctious...and thankfully the Golden Garden Corporation does realize that is almost completely due to the fact that their both kids... and thus have not seen the need to have them "terminated" at the moment...
Helix himself is the more...expensive, to create of the two. Made from DNA from Saiyan, Acrosian, and Namekian sources he is genetically speaking quite literally designed to be fierce as a combatant. He has also proven himself to be a rather expensive asset for the company as he tends to get bored, run off, inevitably get into a fight or otherwise cause massive property damage, and necessitate the company paying for damages and also to cover up the incident ever happening. Possibly due to a slightly more prevalent Saiyan DNA than the other two he is also prone to try and seek out opportunities for combat. His most unique capabilities remain the psychic abilities that Dr Erde somehow managed to give him despite little scientific backing to the idea of psychics even existing.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with additional slots, or access to certain slot-based abilities for free. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.
STARTING LOADOUT: Gonna take 4000 of my 8000 starting XP for Helix's starting PL, with the rest being used for Proto, his Buddy Minion/Brother.
