Renkon had been pondering a lot since meeting Zukkah and the others. They seemed to have an idea of what they wanted to do, but they lacked focus. They had drive and ambition, but lacked resources to secure what they needed. He rubbed his chin for a moment, looking at the frosted glass of pure water he had before him. There was a lot he wanted to ask them, but now was not the time. He wondered if perhaps he could see into their minds a bit more, perhaps… The one named Zukkah should be around some place here, perhaps Renkon could pick his mind.
Even if it was only a moments glance into his mind, it would be enough for Renkon. As odd as it seemed as well, the spirits were silent around Zukkah, despite being a bloodthirsty warrior, he was simply another Saiyan, and one who didn’t scream out a need for being put in the dirt. Renkon was stronger than him as well, but only in so much as he had more overall power. Renkon was always weary for new techniques and abilities that would change the scales of a battle. For now however, he was going to use that unknown nature to his advantage. Standing up from the bar, he paid his tab, downing the water quickly before turning to leave and start his hunt.
Scent, sight, hearing, and hope. It was the basis of any hunter, and Renkon had spent a long time out in the wilds, hunting machines and beings, seeking out those who needed to be punished, so seeking out someone who was simply out here, doing their own thing, would be a lot easier. He wasn’t after revenge for the fallen, or seeking to defeat him for no real reason, he was going to see about perhaps turning an unknown to his side. He smiled a bit, jumping to the top of the building and landing softly on it, looking around slowly and trying to figure out where to start with all of this.
Drifting through the air were a myriad of smells, enough to drive anyone crazy when attempting to focus on a single thing, but Renkon allowed his mind to relax, his body to loosen a bit, and his shoulders to droop. This gave him the relaxed focus to start cutting out the smells he didn’t need to focus on. The smell of food cooking, of something burning, and other daily smells. It only took a moment to catch one that was familiar. His eyes opened, having locked onto the scent and figuring out where it was strongest.
Taking to the air, Renkon took off towards what he hoped was one of the 066th squads. It was a long shot, but it was a shot he was willing to take. Who knows what fruits this would give later on? Perhaps it would help him in the long run for what he was trying to do and seeking to learn about this world and his place within it.
