The sharp sounds of Volute's hands/arms swiping through the air as he threw punches at nothing other than the air itself would echo throughout the cave system nearest to the Namekian. From time to time though his shifting movements would bring him closer to the cave walls or stalagmites nearby wherein Volute would deliver an actual physical blow. When connecting with the walls he'd leave small fist shaped craters along with cracks appearing along it's surface while spreading out, meanwhile the stalagmites would be obliterated sending debris flying all over. Reaching to the stalactites when in an aerial combo during this bit of shadow boxing the Namekian would do the same, crushing the stone that came in his path, though at one point he was able to cut one in half before roundhouse kicking it aside causing the tip of the stalactite to become a projectile.
Crushing a stalagmite on the cave floor with precision Volute would pause mid-air only to sneer with glee as a bead of sweat slowly branched down his temple. " Need a moving target next, heh, hehh. "
Cracking his neck from side to side Volute would proceed to descend until the soles of his moccasins planted firmly against the cave floor once more. It was time to delve deeper into the cave to find a beast to fight....
Not far along within a small quaint village resided Baz tending to the younglings, overseeing their vision training, and paying close attention to one particular Namekian child. They would seem to be having a hard time concentrating and instead were too busy yammering on at the mouth with another pupil. However, Baz did not cause a sound for fear of disrupting those who had attained their focus.
The shadow of the Warrior cascaded over the two younglings. It took only a moment for them to realize that neither of the two suns had ever been blocked out, which could only mean one other thing for them. Baz stood with his arms crossed, as quiet as the dead. The lack of verbalization of his thoughts stunned the children, but his feelings were all on his face.
The two pupils regained their focus in a near instant, for they knew best to face the wrath of Baz. He gave a low grunt before stepping away from the two before something caught his attention. "Hm?" Baz grunted at the sudden spike in power. Each of his muscles tensed at the first feel of the energy. The energy was familiar to him, which made him inquisitively smirk.
"Been a while since I loosened up." He thought to only himself while closing his eyes to dwell further.
Baz popped one eye open, giving a glance over his pupils. One sweep left, one sweep right, and he had taken to the sky in seconds. Leaving the area undetected and zoning in on the energy reading some kilometers from the village. "What is he doing?" He asked no one as the ocean spray whisked across his skin from the force of his speed.
He would arrive at the mouth of a cave in a short time. He did not feel it necessary to proceed further, for what he would come searching for was right before him. His voice produced a low hum-type sound, producing a reverb behind each syllable he spoke. "Volute? You in there? Why come out here for training? Too good to take part in my lessons with the younglings? Got to say, I am a little hurt." The Namekian grumbled while removing his shawl to expose nothing but his bare chest.
Baz made his ki flare up as the energy coursed through his body. The force of the energy stirred the winds intensely. Readying his body into his typical stance, he hovered in the center of the cave mouth. "I will show you I'm no joke Volute." The thickened Baz grinned, seemingly taunting his Namekian friend.

Ears twitching Volute would glance over his shoulder as he pondered who might've followed him into the caves. Yet, when he focused and his antenna reacted next the Dragon Clan member would essentially or rather he'd assume who it was. However, presently Volute was just as distracted with his current task at hand, combatting a mutant Namekian Frog. Now spurred with a sense of a better fight Volute would end the squabble as he roared while raising his open left hand, aiming his palm directly at his target.
" RAAAH! "
Belting out with an almost animal-tone Volute would proceed to fire a wide cone of erratic ki that would fry the mutant frog. Turning then on his heel Volute would snarl once his assumption had been proven right when Baz's voice began to echo out within the cave. It wasn't an angry retort slipping out of the Namekian rather he was indeed accepting his friend's open challenge. Eventually coming to where a cave wall would separate the pair Volute would once more let out a battle cry before this time using his bare hands to clobber his way through to the other side. Punching through and sending smoke as well as debris/smaller rocks flying Volute would be left hovering mid air as the dust eventually settled.
" Baz, you're better off teaching the Hatchlings. You can't teach me anything when it comes to fighting my friend! Hyaaah! "
In that moment Volute's torso would bulge, his body audibly crunching and squishing before an additional set of arms would emerge from beneath his skin in a "gorey" display. Left as a four-armed Namekian then Volute's chest would begin to heave and ho as he seethed through the pain of the process. Yet, this pause would end soon enough as Volute would explode forward with speed aiming to perform his Clamclutch melee technique on Baz. The goal of this move was to juggle one's target into the air before following suit before sending them crashing back to the ground with a Volleyball-style spiking strike. If possible the combo ended out with Volute crashing down upon his target with a mighty strike from his right hand aimed at their sternum. "Is that so? Well, come on show me what you got!" Baz retorted, his face stale and stiff as he locked on to Volute.
The large Namekian lowered himself into a fighting stance. Baz was impressed at the amount of training that Volute had been doing. The effort he put in was apparent because each limb was operable. A style of fighting not many Dragon tribes partook in. There wasn't much to be said before Volute was on Baz with such blazing speed.
He didn't flinch at Volute's speed; instead, he waited patiently until the right moment arose. The Dragon sent Baz flying into the air before reappearing overhead to deliver an axe hand. The giant Warrior braced himself as he was sent crashing into the ground below, stirring up dirt and dust all around.
Rising to his feet fast, he found his opening when Volute had cut through the dust and dirt, trying to deliver a blow to his midsection. He'd soil the moment for Volute by overlapping his arms in an X fashion, flaring his energy up to withstand the attack altogether. Volute's strike against Baz's guard was powerful enough to cause a small shockwave.
"An impressive display of speed. But lacks the power to fully utilize your potential."

Astonished by the overall lack of damage he had dealt Volute would snap from confusion/shock quickly into anger, his body too snapping back into a combative stance with notable swiftness. " Don't speak to me about potential, you are not a God! You and your old ways! " Grunting Volute would take in a deep breath before exhaling, eyes slowly reopening before he widened his stance where he stood.
Beginning to grit his teeth and grunt Volute would call upon an eerie ability, in the next few moments two extra limbs would sprout from his back/midsection giving him four arms in total. With body fluid dripping from these new clawed limbs Volute would sneer with glee, excited by the fact that Baz was pushing him...At least as much as he was irritated. Screaming out loud and continuing to do so Volute would begin to fire a myriad of ki orbs toward Baz. Exploding on contact with his brethren, the cave itself, or colliding with one another Volute's voice would be drowned out. With smoke filling the cavern ahead Volute would take a more upright standing position when he finally ceased his display, more confident that he had at least done some damage to his training partner/friend this time around. " Anymore big talk Baz? Have any more wise words about Potential, Gods, Dragons, or Mysticism?!! "
Lightly chuckling Volute would proceed to slowly walk toward where Baz had been last seen standing, meanwhile the smoke and debris would slowly, but surely begin to settle.... HP; 17,500 KP; 6/6 MP; 3/6 Passive Traits; Restrained Might [+10% to moves /w untransformed]
You believe it takes a God to recognize potential. I am a teacher first Volute, and I simply have an eye for talent when I see it.
Baz dusted himself free of the dirt and rubble stirred from the last onslaught. He'd managed to not even get a scratch on him. Quite sure that most of Volute's frustration was coming from his lack of tone. To Baz, however, this was a telling sign of newfound arrogance in the young Dragon. He'd been made aware of such whenever Volute spat on the traditions of their people.
"I am no slave to tradition, nor am I phobic of new ideals. Surely you must know that I support you like no other."
Something was troubling Volute, the burly Namekian could easily deduce that combat would be the only way to soothe his spirit. Then he'd make sure to give his brother a fight he wouldn't forget. Except before he could even mutter another word Volute fired off at him with an unrelenting volley of energy blasts. The suddenness only allowed him just enough time to put up his guard.
One after the other it felt like the constant fire would reach no end. It'd become so intense that Baz buckled under the crushing force. Yet, he refused to give way as the dust stirred and the ground around him was broken up. Despite his circumstance, he would endure until eventually the artillery would cease.
And it would seem to just that, which opened up the window of opportunity for Bazto turn things in his favor. As the smoke began to settle and his breathing became more ragged. He took time to focus all of his energy into a single point in his palm.
As the dust cleared Volute would bare witness to the ball of energy in his hand slowly growing in size. "I've only got one thing to tell you little Dragon." He stated before drawing back the hand and thrusting it forward sending the ball of energy towards him.

Talking mostly to himself as smoke and debris continued to spread out Volute would await Baz's retort which would come as things settled. And it would be a response that'd immediately throw fuel onto the fire in Volute's belly, being called "Little Dragon" after all had become a pet peeve of his. It wasn't his fault that Baz was a walking tree without even having to tap into his Great Namekian form. Caught up in his own frustration, along with the fact that some smoke still remained as partial visual obstacles, as such he'd find himself wide open for Baz's counterattack.
Hit firmly in the torso with barely enough time to bring his arms in an "X" in front of himself the smaller Namekian would be blasted backward and into the nearby wall. " Ughhhh. " Initially stuck in a Volute sized crater along the cave wall the Dragon Clan member would eventually fall free of it, landing on all fours huffing and puffing in the process.
" Dragon Cross? REALLY?! Fine...Fine......"
Repositioning himself so that he was on three limbs, freeing up his right hand Volute would begin to charge up for his next attack. Throwing his head back then and raising up off of his left hand so that he was left on only his knees then Volute would attack once more. Lowering his hand with both index and middle finger aimed at Baz in the distance, Volute smiling as he did so. Proceeding then to fire a thin light blue beam of Ki surrounded by an accompanying orange spiralling one Volute would aim for Baz's chest.
