CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE
BACKGROUND: Some Saiyans are categorized as low-class warriors, using the term both to explain their place in society and as fighters, usually grunts. Some Saiyans are categorized as elites, the strongest, highest tier fighters from birth. Both descriptions tend to be used to build up and praise or break down and mock these classes, and some Saiyans refuse to be put into a box to let their lives be predetermined by the strength of their first cry inside of a machine. Ruco was not one to be labeled a rebel, but mostly because he hated being labeled as much of anything but who he was by now and the species he was born into. Everything he gained he wanted to be earned, and only then would he accept what was given to him.
As a young Saiyan he did what most young Saiyans did; train, fight, and train some more, so there was nothing about him that necessarily stood out, and he was fine with that. The older he got the more he trained, just as every other Saiyan, but unlike most of those around him he had no interest in joining the military, fighting against Tuffles just for the sake of the cause, but simply living and gaining strength. He had definitely punched his fair share of Tuffles in his time, but he had punched just as many Saiyans, Humans, a few Namekians, even took a swing at an Arcosian once.
For all he tried not to stand out however, he had a tendency to let his temper get the best of him, seeming to produce slights for the sake of motivation, and got knocked on his ass more than a few dozen times for doing so. Much like the hundreds of Saiyans would could line up next to him and say the same about, he loved to fight and he loved to train, sometimes more than the other. Growing up with war, it was natural to want to do both, but even now in this time of supposed peace it didn't take much to see things were walking on a knifes edge, with leaders stepping down, disappearing, dying, it was only a matter of time until a much bigger fight was brought to Plant's doorstep, or the Saiyans themselves took the fight to someone else's. Military or not, he'd find a way to get involved this time, find his cause, and fight his motivation to get as strong as the other Saiyans he had looked up to, then surpass and leave them far behind. If they didn't step aside when his time came to step up, he'd have no problems pushing them aside.

Light Attack || Saiyan Style SuplexADDITIONAL NOTES: Starting with Wrathful
Using technique and speed, the user slides in close to their opponent and gets them in a grappled position from their back, lifts them, and throws them over-head into the ground head and neck first.
Power: 40%
KP Cost:2 KP
Variants: Power x3
Medium Attack || Wrathful Lariat
A simple technique running at the opponent and extending the arm to clothesline them in the neck/throat area. If they don't have a neck then whatever the most easy to hit location is.
Power: 70%
KP Cost: 4 KP
Variants: Power x4
Heavy Attack || Burning Hammer
A quick feint attack is attempted to get in closer to an opponent and grapple them. They are then lifted up on Ruco's shoulders facing the sky held by the leg and neck. In one quick motion they are shifted to the side and dropped on their head and neck.
Power: 100%
KP Cost: 6 KP
Variants: Power x5
Sparking || Heavy Attack || Tag Team Finisher
Using the power of multiform, Ruco splits himself temporarily and goes after multiple opponents at once, each one using a different variation of one of his techniques in a sort of tandem offense. (Both the reference of multiform and the different techniques are simply flavor explanations for the variant Quake)
Power: 120%
KP Cost: 6 KP
KP Cost: 5 MP
Variants: Quake - Quake+ - Power x7
Support || Dual Multiform
You split into two copies, dividing your power evenly between yourself and a single copy (50% each). Multiforms operate as their own fighters- they manage KP, MP, and use techniques as if they were two separate people! They can merge back together after responding defensively to any attacks your foe may have thrown, but take the damage from the most damaged copy and take KP and MP from the copies with the least in each stat. One-use techniques, items, or traits can only be used once per thread regardless of which copy uses the technique.
Power: __%
KP Cost: _ KP
Variants:
Acquired: 8,000
Support || Tri Multiform
You split into three copies, dividing your power evenly between yourself and a single copy (33% each).
Variants:
Acquired: 16,000
Utility Technique || Revel In Battle
The longer a fight goes on the more determined Ruco becomes. His will for battle increases exponentially by how long a fight has gone on and doubly so by how much damage is taken. While there are no mechanical benefits, his sheer stubbornness pushes him to fight harder even in dire situations, even to his own detriment.
Utility Technique || Ki Sensing
A technique that allows you to sense, measure, and differentiate the ki signatures of ki attacks and all living beings without the Anti-Sense trait. Higher ki signatures are easier to sense and can be sensed at greater distances than lower ones. This technique is passive and does not use KP.
