Darkened teal skies rumbled threateningly, streaks of vivid yellow lighting tearing across the clouds and filling the area with a perpetual, lingering smell of deep ozone. Knotted strands of golden grass fluttered in the breeze, basking the temporary break in the downpour that usually coated the land. Marrow herself was set atop some rusted and broken overturned heap, legs swingingly idly off the side as she stared pointlessly into the distance. A lot of teenagers teleporting across the galaxy to a funky alien planet would probably find the biome exciting - or at the least interesting - but all Marci was currently concerned with was going home. Eris had a shopping trip of some kind in Nasibu to take care of, leaving the hybrid on her own. With the explicit request to NOT cause any sort of violent scene with the locals, an odd one by Eris' standards frankly, the girl had wandered off into the wilderness instead.
Perhaps there was some sort of long-lost story about the unidentifiable pile of twisted and charred metal she was using as a glorified throne in a hostile electrically-charged land, but Marrow had neither the time nor patience to play historian to figure it out. A rare emotion had finally bubbled to the surface, breaking through her normally placid state: boredom. And a slight longing for something to BREAK said boredom. Nothing in particular, really; even as a Saiyan fighting was more something she just DID rather than enjoyed. In moments like these the monotony of even a classroom was temporarily missed. Reaching down, the teenager tore a chunk off her faux seat, throwing it with considerable force in a random direction. What was even the point of her coming along in the first place? Unless Eris had some stupid test set up, this venture seemed empty at best.
