Since Zhalla had other matters to attend to— that of the bounty hunter variety no doubt— Nero was largely left to his own devices. He had sought out Pankaa, getting estimates through Ki Sensing as to roughly where the Avali would be and if he was near anything or anyone particularly threatening or dangerous; which thankfully wasn’t the case. In fact, Pankaa generally outclassed quite a lot of common folk around here at this point— Nero would be lying if he said he wasn’t proud of that fact in some way.

Speaking of short orange adjacent brainiacs however, Carro, was handling a much different scenario; he wasn’t outwardly powerful by any means, but that would make it somewhat easier to hide from other people should he choose to— and that he did, often, in a makeshift cavern garage, a ‘cavernage’ as Nero would put it. Nero had offered that he stick around with Carro whilst Zhalla was handling things elsewhere.

To that end, Nero surveyed the area around the cave with his various senses while still disguised in his modernised full helmet Saiyan armor, there was nothing much around for quite a long distance, though on a quick patrol, Nero had found some interesting junk parts; he could pick them out since he had some knowledge given that he grew up with Pankaa for a brother.

The parts were as follows; a well preserved fuel mixing pump, hydraulic lifting gears and some gravity stabiliser parts. He didn’t know if Carro had these things already or if they would be at all useful, if nothing else he might find them interesting!

Making his way back to the cavern carefully, Nero set the pile of various parts inside the cave entrance. “I found some pretty interesting stuff out there. Still nothing on thruster parts laying around in the wild, I’m afraid.” That said, Nero did have some ideas on who to steal said parts from, the Saiyan side of his family came to mind… “So, how’s progress on the ship going, generally speaking?” Nero inquired, interested to see what he had missed.
