On fast approach from the touchdown point she and Erebos came in on, Jackie had a dangerous task set upon her. Heading straight towards the Mazoku. There were short thanks to be had before the woman darted off. Having gotten on the planet far quicker than if she went by ship. Her faint orange aura flared around her as her flight took her across the typical blue and green meadows, oceans, and trees. All quickly passed, to be replaced by the sprawling and less hospitable parts. The uglier desolate wastes and volcanoes. Darker skies, clouded despite the abundance of suns.
Just how much can a single light do here, and how much was she actually within her right to try and set things straight here? How different could she approach this compared to the likes of Shakuhachi, or Phakk. It was a question that plagued her long before she lost her voice, and now directly applied to her goals here. She'd need to adapt and learn quickly to be persuasive or she'd be shooed away.
Hell, the first time she was around here, some mazoku vagrants tried taking what little she had.
They didn't exactly organize like their warrior and dragon clan counterparts either. What clump she initially found out here seemed to be staked out near the base of a volcano, on its offside and mostly underneath a great overhang. This was no doubt just one of many settlements forced into this region. Better to start somewhere though. Making touchdown on its edge, just out of the shadow of this great ridge, a few mutant namekians come to investigate the intruder. Armed with nothing more than their fists and unfurled wings.
"An invader? Get lost! We don't need you, 'aliens', poking around here."
The stouter of the pair steps up and makes their demands clear. They did not hide their power, as meager as it was in comparison. Brave, maybe a bit prideful. Jackie just took a deep breath and relaxed herself some. Attempting to draw upon that trick Erebos showed her when it came to communication with him via telepathy before. BOTH would hear the Earthling's words projected into their minds simultaneously.
"Please, pardon my intrusion. I mean no harm. I just came around to speak with an elder out here. Hopin' I can right a wrong from long ago."
Both of them looked confused, first by the fact they heard her without her even moving her mouth, but then at the mention of her words. There was a pause before they both started chuckling between themselves. They must think she was just joking.
This was going to be a rough start.
