PL: 5 Sankishin: 105,000(suppressed) Anti-Sense: On WC: 486
Kamae was surprised the girl was willing to stop after that display, but pain was a motivator to stop. She too had learned something and that technique had done her more harm than good. Though the demon looked to his oozing wounds and realized they weren't closing. She had done something to his body, but it would stop eventually even if it was making him feel a bit woozy. The demon's aura disappeared then, the Sankishin reverting back to its invisible state. He would need to let his body heal after that beating, but thankfully he didn't need to continue it seemed.
"Hmph... I do not count it as a win. Had we continued the fight, or you being able to continue... it might have ended either way."
Kamae was well aware of his own weakness' now, but everyday more were showing up. Ignorance of his own body was to be expected however, he had only been with it for a few days after all. Now he was simply using its aura. Another thought for another time.
"Rest for a moment."
Kamae stated as he flipped out his digital notepad, scrolling through information for a moment as he slowly made his way towards Ruby.
"If I call a ride in, you aren't gonna punch a hole in it are you?"
Kamae stated, looking the girl over as she was still smashing the ground with her fist. While he wasn't exactly excited to test that, he hoped she could restrain her frustrations for a bit longer. Kamae didn't use vehicles often, but he always had a backup plan in case things were... difficult. Transportation in case the Sankishin was disabled or unable to be called. Along with healing items in case they were needed.
"I'll get you some medical supplies for your wounds while I am at it."
The demon was already inputting the coordinates but the sweat on his brow was visible, and his hands were shaky. The Sankishin was his body, and he hurt... but more than that he was raging on the inside, fury restrained and he felt... unsatisfied. It wasn't the girl's fault and the demon knew this, yet he was angry nonetheless. With no where to point this fury, it was a calm storm inside.
With a final click, the demon would put the little notepad away before placing a hand on his hips while looking down at Ruby. He wasn't sure what to make of her. A warrior spirit for certain, but had an air of immaturity he couldn't quite place. A spirited girl who sought the greatest challenges, but knew her limits. She had interested him certainly.
"Should be here shortly, unless you prefer to fly with a broken leg, I suggest simply waiting."
Though she might just leave, he hoped he could at least tend to that injury. Whatever the case might be, Kamae simply remained stationary and patient.
