PL: 5 Sankishin: 50,000 Anti-Sense: On WC:546
The saiba-man was quick to respond, though he didn't take kindly to someone reading his mind. Naturally that was an acceptable response, or at least a normal one. Not many people liked having their mind read, and the demon would endeavor to not probe further. He was on the same side as the dirty snakes, no need to cause them problems. So with that out of the way, the demon would tip his head in a courtesy manner to signal his assurance that he would indeed not do it again.
"Aye, You'll get no more mind reading from me unless permission is given OR if you are unable to speak, things happen after all."
Kamae meant no malice behind his words and simply kept a friendly smile as he did so. Though Saiba-ban didn't shake his hand, the demon took no offense to it and instead simply lowered his arm.
"Understandable. You have my word. Again apologies for my attitude, sometimes I just like to tease my foes or others I do not know. Bad habit."
Kamae said with a sort of dismissive wave, his eyes closing for the moment as he did so. Though quickly reopened as the other agreed to do the job.
"Fantastic. The deal is, I am working on a sort of... uh... hmmm how to explain this easily. Imagine a tree right?"
Kamae would draw a picture into the dirt then using his finger before putting a dot in the middle of it.
"So this tree can draw things from across the void to a location. Its sort of like a black hole for matter but... it can grab things from across an expanse and pull it directly to this location. I want to test this theory but unfortunately... it requires a ritual. Now this is part magic and kind of science mixed together."
Kamae stated, holding his hand flat while moving it in a wabbly fashion as if saying it was fifty fifty.
"If I can get this to work... then I can make a sort of weapon out of it later and then we can sell it. I won't bore you with the details. But this is also personal. I threw in the last bit cuz once I am finished with this technique... I won't need it anymore. But others might be willing to use or buy it."
Kamae then drew a few people around the tree, all of which had lines drawing to it.
"So... I will plant this tree in the middle of a place, it draws energy from living beings and converts it into raw magical force. HOWEVER... its uh... well it takes a while. I can't find the problems with it till I see it run for myself. Once the tree gathers enough energy, it will draw what I need to my location. I just need you to protect the tree till it finishes its job. Sound good?"
Kamae asked, waiting patiently for the saiba-man to respond. He didn't want to give this guy a deal he didn't want to be a apart of, so laying the plan out before hand was the best thing to do for his fellow comrade. Not everyone was on board with slaughtering innocence for science... or for any reason.
