The throne room was left un guard... welll that's because.... it was empty without an Emperor. Phasing through the ceiling of this palace, his head would pop out as he wore his mask and started to scan around. He saw no one and immediately dropped down from the ceiling and landing on his feet. He stared at the throne as he had thoughts in his own mind of why his own father didn't just claim the saiyan throne for himself and why he decided to attack the Capital of Sadala city rather than just be King of the Saiyans and just order everyone off the planet... As much as he wanted to think much of it and whys... he came up with the conclusion in his mind, that the reason why he didn't do that because he knew the other saiyans wouldn't agree to it, if not many, then some, and that some could have really been a split divide entirely. A 50 year war with all of a sudden giving up the planet entirely and just leaving? When the blood of your brothers and sisters remained there? That wouldn't have been the right call and in his mind, he believe he was doing the right call in doing that invasion.
"I will leave this world a painful message."
He would lightly tap the throne chair with his hand before walking away from it.

The throne of Arcose was a cold and bitter thing.
Rumors had spread among the youth of the icy planet that the seat of power was cursed to kill whomever sat upon. Perhaps not right away, but its commanding presence was simply too much for a mortal to withstand. That’s why Azoth perished, surely. That’s why Hibernal fell before him. It was the throne that did them in.
”You know, some people call it the Frozen Throne.”
Tuner walked into the throne room just as Yakone had turned to leave. He’d heard wind of a Saiyan or something of the sort skulking about the palace, but nothing verifiable. On a whim, he’d decided to check the throne. A happy coincidence, or a grim mistake?
”Not because of its making— no ice was used in its construction— but rather the chill one feels when looking upon its magnificence. Poetic. Fitting of the Arcosian people, don’t you think?”
The Namekian bowed low, using his gnarled staff as support. When he rose again, his stance was still hunched. A sign of his age, or something else?
”I can sense your immense power,” he said, lying. Tuner’s attunement to the art of Ki was rather lacking. It was his magical arts and honeyed tongue that did most of the work. ”I trust you understand I am not your equal in combat, nor do I wish to be.”
He walked further into the room, staff echoing with each step. ”Though I suppose you might also be aware that I am not the only one who resides in and around the palace. The planets namesake is far more powerful than either of us combined.”
His words were a deterrent more than anything. To ensure the throne room took no battle damage. His own well-being was hardly a consideration as of now, but what would this enigma gain from hurting a Namekian?
”I’m curious; what brings you to the throne room?”
Technique Type: Utility Technique Name: Clear Pendant
The pendant is able to show the past desires of someone that wanted something done differently, or currently wants something done now. Whatever those desires are, will make the user want to own the pendant for they would believe that the pendant can give them something that the world could not. (Requires OOC permission / Slight brainwashing mechanic/ also yakone can't see what the pendant shows the user.)
"I have heard the stories of course, like anyone else. The arcosians are considered to be one of the most powerful beings in the universe. Yet they have lived in the shadows until now."
He was referring to the capital attack that Blizzard had made.
"Two foreigners from different lands. Talking about another planet's affairs."
He would gracefully fold his hands together.
"History has always told us. You ever fight an arcosian, you better have some powerful friends behind you. General Hibernal is that same man that conquered other worlds. Feared during his era of course."
Yakone would slightly chuckle at the comment of power and then at the comparison.
"And what brings me here? Well like you, I came here to admire the history of the throne chair."
"Though I must ask, your people are kind and peace from what I have heard. But, that really depends on what side you are on. Warrior, Dragon clansmen, Or."
He would stare at the man, not knowing his true role at all in what tribe he was from, but based off his clothing choice, much like his own with a hood and a mask. He assumed he was Mazokian.
"Mazoku. You wanna know something? Your people actually gave me this item while I visited your region. Tell me friend, do you recognize this artifact?"
That was a lie, but he wanted the man to focus in on it. It was a pendant that one could wear around their neck as a necklace.
"Tell me, what desires do you want in this world?"
He wondered what the man would see.... and what he would tell him....
The stranger's story was an interesting way to put things. Arcosians weren't precisely known for their slyness. While it was true that they took little effort in trying to secure a spot on the galactic stage, they also never had need to until recently. Their strength preceded them, and if not that, then surely their conniving way of doing business would reach one's ears. Tuner would call it shrewd, but he doubted many others would share his thought process.
Yakone began probing into Tuner's past, which brought a displeasure to the Namekian. All the talk of clans and peace. It brought a pressure to his head, and a burning in his throat. Even so, he kept his demeanor calm. He'd faced plenty of adversity before, and this was no exception.
He left the phantom finish, allowing him to bring forth some sort of strange pendant. Whatever enchantment it had was pitiful. Strong as it may seem, its attempt to entrance the Namekian were futile. One mind might fall victim, but over a dozen souls in one body? Not even one of them faltered.
Tuner smiled. "I desire prosperity for my people. The Arcosian people." He stepped past Yakone, moving closer to the throne, leaving his back exposed all the while. "This talk of clans is for a Namekian far younger than myself. It's been ages since my time on the planet of my namesake. I've disregarded the idea of clans. Dragon, Warrior, Mazoku-- All empty words to me."
It was true, to an extent. The Dragon and Warrior clans were indeed dead to him, but the Mazoku blood ran strong in him. Plenty of his exiled brothers bore the mark of Mazoku before they fused, and he'd carry it with him until the end of days.
"I suppose that also inadvertently disregards your artifact. I'm afraid I've never run across such an enchantment. My apologies."
Finally, he turned back to face the man. There was something more to his visit. Admiring the chair? You could just as easily do that in a library. There was more. Much more. Tuner just had to uncover the truth.
"My knowledge on the history of Arcose is rather vast, however. Perhaps I'd be able to help you in your pursuit to... What was it again? Admire the history of the throne?"
"I never got your name. My name is Yangcong. The War criminal of Planet Sadala. Us as allies, we could change the universe together."
Yakone would place back his item back into his robe as he continued to look at the throne chair.
"I want to make peace among nations. Getting rid of the evil dictators of the universe. The King of the saiyans being one of them and the president of Earth that now imposed a law that says you have to register as a ki user."
Yakone would casually walk over to the throne and lightly touch the chair as he looked over his shoulder.
"History says that I died on Planet Sadala against Amara, but what is the real truth? How can a dead man acquire the powers that I have been given by the Gods."
Yakone would turn to face the namekian.
"If we work together, you won't ever have to worry about your people being treated as second class citizens. The world is a dangerous place and in order to keep the women and children alive in order to survive a species, is to get rid of the dictators of the universe. We don't want other planets to become another War zone like Planet Sadala. Namek has been peaceful and so has Earth and even Arcose..."
