BACKGROUND: Explain your character's history, and what made them the person they are today.
Aspara is a saiyan born in Tarbel Village, but despite that he is indeed a warrior, least more so then others in the village, but he did grow up learning not to go picking fights...at least not without asking politely...so he was a bit of a troublemaker growing up, ended up forming a group of infamous pranksters that went around causing a ruckus, nothing malicious mind you, just having some fun whenever they aren't sparring with one another. Oh yes, Aspara tended to spar alot with his peers, but that's a tale for another day. Things got more interesting when he was 12, as a bounty hunter rolled into town one day, hunting a fellow who didn't go to saiyan court. The Saiyan hiding in the town got found thanks to a successful prank Aspara and his group pulled off while the hunter was observing, the idiot got himself caught when he flared his ki to get rid of the unexpected paint from the paint bomb the moron set off, alerting the hunter to the guy, or rather woman's presence. Aspara watched as the hunter chased after the saiyan, who proceeded to get very violent very quickly.
The rest of the story will be told later, but long story short, Aspara managed to catch the target off guard long enough for the hunter to capture her. It was that particular adventure that made Aspara want to become a bounty hunter himself, or at least a helper of sorts. He stayed in Tarbel Village until he was 17, then he left to go on his own adventure. He went to Sadala and quickly made friends there due to their mutual love for fighting, they even gave him a nickname, Rockel of Tarbel they called him, really gotta emphasize the Tarbel bit don't they? Anyway, he stayed in Sadala for a few months, got into a bunch fights that got broken up by the guards, but at least he can say he never started any of them...he only wanted to finish them even if he did left knocked out for a few hours at a time.
When he was 18 he left Sadala and went out to Borgos for more training, he trained and trained for an entire year. Then his friends from Sadala found him heavily injured and brought him to Sadala to heal up and recover, which he did. His friends asked him why he just up and left the way he did, he responded that despite all the fun Sadala's been, he's just too adventurous to stay there. He actually met a tuffle out in Borgos a month later, the man was an armor maker who was out to find materials to use for an idea he had, which was to make a machine that would automatically make items of any design put in so long as one had the materials for it. Intrigued, Aspara opted to help him out in getting it to work, and so they worked together for the next 6 months gathering supplies, and testing the machine...which was made in a week. It was with this machine that Aspara's armor, which he wears under his jacket and pants, was created from. They swapped ideas as to what they could do with this machine and how to possibly get the supplies to make a base, when Aspara remembered the bounty hunter from years ago, and thus an idea sprung. A bounty board!
Now one may wonder, how would one gain supplies from a bounty board? Well its somewhat simple, just let bounty hunters, who are registered guild members, know that whatever supplies they get during a bounty mission, should they have enough, and gain blueprints, they may spend a bit of Zeni to craft whatever item they intend to get. There will also be a message board listing items that vendors need to further expand the bounty hunter base, so having the hunters contribute to that would also be much appreciated.
All in all, it was a brilliant idea as it also meant that Aspara and his new Tuffle friend, Galis, will be getting paid for their work, while also supplying various bounty hunters with plenty of work...but then an issue came up in their discussions...where would they be getting the bounties, and where will they set up shop? On location, Aspara realized that Tarbel would be the best place to start out at, and then when they have enough supplies, make a literal tower as their base. Why Tarbel? Well travelers do some times go there, but its also a location where people don't actually fight at, which made it a safe area to set up with little risk of their stuff getting messed up. Where will they get the bounties? That one is a difficult question as neither he nor Galis have an idea on how to pull that part off being the new bounty board vendors they are.
Aspara then remarked that maybe once they get the board set up, they can just ask people to submit bounties to be placed on the board. Galis reluctantly admitted that it was probably the best start they were going to get for now, at least until someone spread the word about them to the leaders of Sadala. They stated Sadala as with the recent conflicts, it didn't seem like they were going to get help from the Tuffle part of Plant, which sucked, but still. Gotta make due with what they got. So they got moving to Tarbel....

With a carefully timed, but well practiced movement, Aspara will encase a body part with ki to form a shield, and then either do a swiping whack at an incoming ki blast based technique, potentially throwing it back or hold it out front to attempt to block the incoming attack.

Upon hitting an opponent with it the opponent will be enveloped in an energy field that will explode upon getting hit by an energy blast of any sort, note that this energy field will not impede the target's movement by any means and only whoever Aspara picks to do the next attack will cause the extra damage.(essentially the energy field is a flavored Inspiring effect) The shield will cause damage upon hitting the target.

These orbs, however, will not explode but instead will stop where Aspara wishes them to, upon being where he wants them to be, those orbs will begin unleashing their own barrage of ki blasts at Aspara's target(s).

Aspara will unleash a barrage of ki blasts all set to surround a target on all sides, then proceed to fuse into an orb that will proceed to shrink whilst surrounding said target, and upon touching the target, will proceed to explode inward unleashing damage. Aspara sometimes jokingly calls it the TNT Orb.

Aspara figured out how to fly in Borgos, it took him a few days to figure out the correct amount of ki needed to do it effectively, but once he figured it out he practiced until he had flying down to an art...he has fun with this technique, he likes the feeling of freedom it gives.
Utility Technique || Ki Sensing
He got taught this in Sadala by some of the friends he made at bars and such, rather useful in making sure to not get caught off guard, though he did get made aware that there are those who know how to get around it. This technique lets him sense, measure, and differentiate the ki signatures of ki attacks and all living beings without the Anti-Sense trait. Higher ki signatures are easier to sense and can be sensed at greater distances than lower ones. This technique is passive and does not use KP.
