There wasn't really much for her to complain about the South. Clear skies, beautiful sights, and best of all a friendly community of martial artists to commune and train with. Granted, even though she wasn't as involved in the community as the others were, everyone there was still great and inclusive to people of all skills and styles. As small as they were, many of them were a tight-knit family and Krim still did her best to attend as many events as she could within her free time. Even if she wasn't interested in furthering her skills like the others were, she had hoped that it would be enough to reign herself in.
Regardless, the local community had held an event that Saturday morning, urging anyone within the area to attend and participate in what was generally just a meet and greet with a few local celebrities attending. Although Krim wasn't particularly interested in meeting these celebrities, she was still curious about the people that would attend, particularly whether or not they were weapon users like her. As much as she enjoyed speaking with the typical martial artists, there was only so much she could learn from people that didn't specialize in her field.
Clad in her typical training gear and a wooden sword slung across her back that she generally used for training, Krim had made her way to the event. After exchanging some friendly greetings with a few of the people she knew, she would begin to wander around the crowd, hoping to spot some like-minded people or perhaps even someone who was interested in her. Fortunately, the small crowd that had gathered here was mostly thinned out as people would flock over to the celebrities to hear their seminars. Even if she couldn't spot someone like that, Krim was determined to at the very least meet some new people who weren't in the community and learn a bit about them. After all, they may have held the key that she was missing all this time.
