It was certainly a busy day out in the Sadala Capital. The bustling capital of the Saiyan Kingdom had arisen from it's slumber, and everyone was more riled up than usual in regards to these turbulent days. Not only has the King of the Saiyans, Lord Taori launched a final attack on Hatchi to end the Saiyan-Tuffle War, but multiple fighters with high power levels were making themselves known across the galaxy, causing chaos wherever they went. To the average citizen, it left them tense about the future, as although they were fully willing to fight, they had no idea how strong they'd need to be to continue defending the Saiyan Capital.
However, one person within the city was focusing on completely different problems. Just as Taori had left to deal with Hatchi, a brief attack from some Arcosian had rammed multiple ships into the city, destroying multiple buildings in the process. Sadala was quick to recover, but to the Dercattan known as Parsella Sage, this was a major blow to her. Among the buildings destroyed in the attack had been home to the Brussel Science Corps, and while she had managed to save some of her research, the corps had taken some severe casualties from the attack.
Because of this, it was time for a bit of a reformation, a hiring process to refill the corporation to make up for all those lost scientists. Walking around on the many small tentacles that were currently tied up into two more functional legs at the moment, Parsella carried in her hands a few recruitment posters, with another woman, a Saiyan behind her, following her and carrying a larger stack of posters. She wasn't a member of the Corps, but Parsella had hired her to place up posters all across the Capital, and she was willing to do so as long as she got paid for it.
"Are you sure that this will work?" The Saiyan woman asked, taking her time to plaster a poster or two on the various posts and walls as the two passed them. "The Saiyan race isn't exactly known for birthing the most intelligent folk around. Wouldn't it be better to move to Earth for stuff like this?"
"Nonsense!" Parsella yelled back, putting up the last of her posters before turning around. "The Brussel Science Corps are first and foremost loyal to Sadala! To move to Earth would be to throw away our pride! Besides, I'd rather be on planet to hear word about the war's end, once that happens..."
"I see. Well either way, Zeni's Zeni, so feel free to make a fool of yourself so long as your giving me money."
Rolling her eyes at the comment, Parsella simply nodded before forming water beneath her feet and walking away into the air. The Dercattans were a mystic race, but one thing they weren't known for being able to do was to be able to fly. Despite this, Parsella had managed to make a work around, creating small flat planes of water beneath her feet that she could walk upon, allowing her to basically walk and run across it as if it were solid ground. It wasn't perfect, but it didn't need to be since there wasn't any drive in her life to make it as such.
With posters taken care of, Parsella continued her walk through the air until she reached the new headquarters of the Brussel Science Corps. It cost a lot of money to get a new building for the corps, but it was better than nothing. Floating in through the window, the Dercattan walked back down to the floor of the room she had entered, before unforming her legs and moving to her desk to sit down. Afterwards, she pressed the intercom button on her desk, as she spoke down into the microphone attached to it.
"Attention everyone within the Brussel Building! The Brussel Science Corps is once again hiring new members! If any of you wish to become a member of our humble organization, please rise up to the 6th story building for the job interview. And remember, a strong fighter needs a strong mind as well, to maximize their efforts in getting stronger!"
