BACKGROUND: Did someone say meat and potatoes? Bread and butter?? Apples and oranges?!? Well then say no more, cuz this cat is already there! He's all about the food, the coin, the gals and the good life... And yeah, he'll dawn a ninja outfit and commit some felonies to achieve his goals and keep on livin' the Dream! Oh, and he's a pretty big fan of that Sleep kid's artwork too. He first met the kid after watching him tag a coy fish mural on the alleyway wall of the ramen shop one night. It looked good enough to eat!
The early years of Dream's life were like any other space cat; full of action, explosions, high speed chases and... balls of yarn? As his paws twitched and his pink toe beans tickled at the air, he dreamed of such things to escape the dull monotony of reality. In truth, he was nothin' but a stray who had to steal every meal just to survive. Due to this, he learned to be sneaky, stealthy and swift! However one day, while trying to sneak into a Ramen shop for some fresh sushi, he was caught by the owner. Knowing this was the end, Dream stood strong, ready to receive the killing blow from the old man. However, no killing blow came. For the old man was a martial arts master and he admired Dream's courage in the face of death! He had been watching the cat for months, examining his stealth and instincts as he slipped in and out of the local businesses to feed himself.
The master decided to take this misguided kitty under his wing and train him in the martial arts, provided Dream would agree to be a good boy and stop this life of crime! With a new purpose in life, Dream excelled in his training and became a great and powerful ninja. But... eventually the old man died and Dream, alone again and now heartbroken, returned to a life of crime, using his new skills to take anything he wanted without even breaking a sweat!

Support Technique || MAX Power
You may opt to increase all techniques by 10%. This will drain Momentum at a cost of 1 per turn and prevents you from using evasive techniques, escapes, and blocking escapes. You will be unable to gain any momentum during this effect. If you run out of MP while using MAX Power, you lose its effects immediately and can not gain any MP on your next turn. You may only deactivate MAX Power at the conclusion of your turn. You will still lose MP for the turn you turned it off on.
Turtle School Secrets: In addition, Max Power no longer drains momentum per turn, but you can not gain momentum either.
