New Experiences

For the first time in her life, Azuki hid her tail. She was normally a rambunctious and somewhat prideful warrior, but the idea of wandering into Tuffle territory and even appearing remotely Saiyan-aligned was enough cause for alarm. Azuki was... afraid. Afraid that if she slipped up, she could very well be KILLED by mistake. So why had she come all the way here on the opposite side of the planet? Nothing much. Just a casual impulse from the semi-merged ancient spirit within her artifact ring that nobody else knew about. Her parents had been told it was a simple loop around the waste area close to the capital for ease of mind, as neither Tsuna NOR Sukeru would approve of her heading off into a possible warzone.

Admittedly the alien forest was beautiful. Alight with all sorts of colors, fruits, and some small bird-like creatures. It was a stark contrast to the dead twisted landscape of the Vegetean region, and Azuki couldn't help but think that mayhaps the Saiyans didn't REALLY deserve a whole planet if that was how they treated it. Had they really reduced a planet that once looked like this into a rocky desolate wasteland all in the pursuit of hostile invasion and getting stronger? Yes, and they'll do it again. Invasive thoughts aside, Azuki slowly moved through the harmless underbrush, soaking in the sights with a slight smile.

Someone else is here. The hybrid blinked, adjusting her sensing... only to discover a battle power of around ten thousand. A Tuffle soldier perhaps? Her two options were to either beeline towards it and reveal herself as a gesture of good faith, or just try and ignore them entirely and hope they somehow hadn't noticed her yet. Which is more likely to get you shot? Fleeing, probably. "Ugh." With a small sigh she'd push through the bright leaves and foliage, stumbling upon someone with a rather large collection of fruit that, at first glance, didn't really appear to be a Tuffle either. "Hello?"

If this lass WAS a Tuffle, then she was heckin' tall. That along with the lack of discernable features and wide array of weird equipment set up around the clearing led Azuki to believe that Zuquetta was, at the least, supposed to be here. Perhaps not necessarily a Tuffle, but nothing was pointing towards her being a Saiyan aside from the stark black hair - not exactly conclusive evidence.

"Well, it's not like there are tons of forests to bump into people around here." Harsh. Wasn't a lie though. The Vegtean region obviously didn't have any natural flora that didn't involve swathes of mutated specimens and saiba-creatures. Zuqetta's sudden outburst warranted a small blink from the hybrid. It was, expectedly, Azuki in this case that dwarfed the stranger by a large margin. The black-haired girl was around five foot if her guess was correct. Certainly very tall for a Tuffle but still quite diminutive when put next to the towering half-blood.

"I make sure to eat my vegetables," Azuki quipped dryly, eyes scanning over the mess of collecting berries. "And it looks like you're partial to fruit for one reason or another." She didn't (and wouldn't) ask Zuquetta directly what this was all about. The hybrid was still under the impression that she was, by all means, trespassing on the land. It'd be even more dangerous if her distant but very real link to the new Saiyan rulers became common knowledge.

"Or perhaps it's far too late for one as vertically challenged as yourself, alas!" That also depended on how old the girl was. Given her size and cadence, Azuki had assumed her to be not QUITE an adult, but that could always be a faulty assumption. "If I recall correctly, that's one of the few things we're encouraged NOT to do," There was a tinge of amusement evident in Azuki's voice despite the somewhat disapproving words. "Though if you're going to go ahead and insist on doing it anyway, might I recommend not throwing up in my general direction? Or dying. Corpses are real hard to clean up after."

It was odd that some random maybe-child had wandered this far into the wilderness to test poisonous berries. "Zuq." She had been about to say something else before simply cutting it down to the simple name. Whatever she was hiding, it PROBABLY wasn't any of her business. "I'm Violet," While not her preferred name, it was still the truth. A given Heran name that went alongside her regular Saiyan one. "Just checking out the surrounding area. Nothing too big. Do you live around here?" That type of questioning might have made her look MORE like an actual guard than just another visitor, unknown to Azuki.
