Memory was quite a sight in her full Pretty Sailor form; the impressive dress was resistant to the blizzard conditions she had stumbled into, but more importantly, the heart on her chest acted like a beacon. The constant ice and snow made it difficult to see far even during the day, but Memory's heart shone with an inner light that would not be diminished by anything so simple as frozen water, no matter how much of it there was. No matter how it whipped into her face constantly or how hard it was to keep walking straight into the winds.
She was cold, though. That was something she hadn't really expected. Since her rebirth, she had felt temperatures to some degree but they hadn't come close to being discomforting. It seemed as though there were limits to even her mechanical body, though. She could feel her joints starting to ice. The thrusters on her rocket boots were completely clogged. She was going to have trouble fighting in these conditions!
But even so, she couldn't stop now.
In her continuing quest to try and learn more about the world she lived in now that she could travel it quickly, the girl had come to this frozen land to see if people really lived here. Which, they did. But the small village she had encountered was in distress from the moment she touched down; a great beast had stolen one of their children and loped off into the tundra. They were going to have to wait until the blizzard passed before they could give chase...
So it was obvious that she, Pretty Sailor Memory, would have to do what she could in the meantime! No mere storm could hold back the light of hope, right?
Right?
"Ara, ara, you are going to get yourself in trouble all over again, Memory..." She murmured to herself as she trudged through the snow. She wasn't even sure how long she had been walking now, or where she was going. Everywhere looked the same, and though she had begun following some truly impressive-looking tracks, the snow was coming down thick and fast enough to cover them. She wasn't even sure she was on the right trail any more. But she'd just have to have faith.
She couldn't let herself believe that she'd fail! The light in her heart shone even brighter, and the girl blew out her cheeks as she picked up the pace all over again. The Infinite Hope Engine wouldn't let her down now!

Powerlevel: 60,000 (12,000 base x5 Pretty Sailor form)
Wordcount: 420
UT - Powered By Hope is active!
Memory’s ki energy is not just standard. She is a literal beacon of hope. Those who can detect such things can feel the extremely distinctive quality of her shining soul and even those who don’t hold such abilities often feel supernaturally calmed or inspired by her presence. PCs are not effected by this unless their controller wishes them to be.
