Hello from the other side [Zuqetta]

It was comforting to her how Azoth felt about the way the future would progress. He seemed incredibly optimistic that the way Tuffles and Saiyans felt about one anther would be something that would fade easily, and Zuqetta chose to agree with him on that front. To be able to explore Hatchi City without fear or worry of discrimination or a fight sounded fun; and Zuqetta was incredibly curious about revisiting that Library she'd been to once before. In the future, she'd make sure to take Azoth on the notion of mentioning his name in order to distance herself from the Saiyan Empire; but would leave the exploring for much further down the line. It'd probably cause a bit too much trouble for him if she ended up accidentally causing some chaos while using his name after all.

"Heh, don't worry, I won't let it bother me." Zuqetta would say with a sharp grin, "I know not everyone feels that way, I met at least one guy who was pretty nice! To me and Zerori both in fact!" She say, referencing the Librarian; hoping to alleviate any worries Azoth might have had about how Zuqetta was feeling about Tuffles in return.

Considering the technology the Tuffles had, Zuqetta was far too intrigued to hold any kind of grudge towards them, no matter how badly any single individual may have treated her. It was no different than with anyone else after all; while she cared little to nothing about her own father due to how he treated her, Zuqetta never let those feelings seep to the rest of Saiyan kind. Though, whether that was because she was clear headed, or because they were of the same species was something she didn't know.

It was then however that Azoth mentioned a rather interesting name; two of them in fact.

"Ise?" Zuqetta would question; before immediately being distracted by the second name, "Voca... Vocado...?" Zuqetta would question, "VocadoVocadoVo- AH!! Voepablo!!" Zuqetta would state aggressively as she came to the realization of the name; her tail frizzing up intensely as her eyes filled with anger, "How do you know him!? Where the heck is he!?!" Zuqetta would demand aggressively as she stood from her chair; slamming her hands into the table and whipping the chair she sat on away with her tail. All the while with her energy unconsciously flaring back up around her, rising to its proper state.

Through gritted teeth, Zuqetta would do her best to calm herself as Azoth was; coming to her senses and remembering the type of environment they were in. Her energy however, would give her a much more trouble; as her anger made it difficult to suppress it back down. Raising her hand up with a clenched fist, she wanted to strike the table one more; this time with a force likely to decimate it beyond repair, but stayed her hand. To simply hear of Vocado infuriated her to no end; so attempting to remain as calm as Azoth was an entirely different beast for Zuqetta to deal with.

"I... won't say I'm glad to hear it-" Zuqetta would force out, "I don't want anyone to get hurt if they can be reasoned with." She would lie; wanting fully to beat down Vocado to within an inch of his life herself, "But I understand if you had no other choice."

Her hand would lower, and her frizzed up tail would raise to her lap as she stat back down in her chair appropriately. As she rubbed down her tail to smooth out her fur, the frustration would still be very much apparent on her face. Though the moment of calm would almost seem like an eternity of awkward silence; darting her gaze directly towards Azoths, Zuqetta would choose instead to quick speak and break the silence.

"Vennel was my sister." She would say plainly, her expression softening as she did so, "I'm... sorry for my outburst, but-" Her right eye and her nose would twitch slightly as she thought of Vocado once more; her very being, a roller-coaster ride of emotions, "Vocado..." Zuqetta would begin, doing her best to keep her voice down and remaining as calm as possible, "He manipulated her... HE!!"

Biting her lower lip, Zuqetta would take a deep breath before continuing, "Vennel was a traditionalist... but I really felt like I was getting through to her. No more planet busting, no more species eradication... she was even getting an interest in meeting with Tuffle in a civilized manner, pushing away from her warlike mentality and aggressive nature." She would say with a heavy sigh, "But... then she met Vocado, Captain of the Shredder Corps." She explained calmly, "She left with him as he whispered violence and dark thoughts into her ear... then she went on a planet busting mission, and that was the last time I ever saw her..."

Zuqetta would leave out the additional information of the news she received about Vennels status from the military officer who had delivered the scouter. By the pained expression on her face, it had already been too much to talk about; and the emotional wound was still far to fresh to be scratching at.

"I'll never forgive him..." Zuqetta would growl lowly, continuing to pat down her tail in a futile attempt to remain calm.

Though it wasn't nice to be chastised, Zuqetta understood where Azoth was coming from. Allowing her frustration and anger to pent up could and most certainly WOULD only lead to conflict and problems down the line; as it had so many times before as well. Had she been more honest with not only herself, but with Rensou as well, then maybe their falling out prior to his disappearance wouldn't have happened. It was no longer something she chose to dwell on, but it was a subtle reminder not to continue down such a reclusive path; lest she throw herself into isolation once more.

"You're right..." Zuqetta would say plainly, "I..." Zuqetta would lift her legs up, crossing them on her chair as she thought intently on what it was she wanted to say next, "Some people DO deserve it, that much is certain." She began, thinking of the villainous Yangcong as she did so, "I used to like fighting... I don't know if I don't like it anymore, all I know is... I dunno, my head's a jumble sometimes!" She would explain with a grimace, "There are some people, like Vocado... I don't like them, and like you said... they deserve a beating, I wanna kick his ass for-"

She would stop herself, calming quickly as she noticed her rage begin to build. Her tail would twitch about frantically with agitation; with a deep breath however, she would settle slightly before continuing.

"I want to fight him; him, and anyone else who wants ta go around playin' the part of the 'bad guys'." She would state calmly, using her fingers to perform air quotations, "But... this ain't cause I wanna play hero anymore." She say with a somewhat sullen expression, "I dunno what this is... all I know is, people who go around harmin' and manipulatin' others like Vocado PISS ME OFF..." She would exclaim through gritted teeth, "I said I didn't wanna harm others... but... I dunno, I just wanna make sure I'm fightin' for the right reasons, and NOT just because it's in my... Saiyan nature..."

With her explanation finished, Zuqetta would give a heavy sigh; this had clearly been something weighing heavily on her mind for quite some time. Fighting was the Saiyan way after all, almost inherently in a Saiyans blood; even if it was just a metaphorical concept. She'd never known a Saiyan to have ever died of old age after all; almost any recorded Saiyans death was due to being involved in a battle. Regardless of that fact however, all she was focused on now, was making sure she was there when Azoth decided to confront Vocado.

As Azoth spoke, relief would wash over Zuqetta; much as it had always done when she spoke with him. She could never be a hundred percent sure of if his statements were fact or opinion; but hearing them still gave her solace, more importantly, she WANTED to believe them! She wanted to believe that she fought with reason, and not just by instinct; she wanted to believe that she could actually be a hero, and wasn't just some child playing pretend. Recent events had made her question so much, and rather than helping anyone, she had only let others down; time and time again.

"I don't think it's negative..." Zuqetta would say as a smile forced it's way onto her face against her will, "And don't listen to ANYONE who says you have a complex!" She would exclaim, slamming her tail against the ground as she stood up, staring Azoth directly in the eyes, "You ARE a Hero! You've helped so many, you've saved your planet and your people! Heck, you've helped me multiple times! You're helping me right now even!!"

The fact that anyone would question Azoth's motives infuriated her to no end; after all, from the first moment she met Azoth, she had thought of him as a hero!

It was then that realization struck, and she would remember their first meeting with absolute clarity. While Faustus scoffed and mocked Azoths ideals, Zuqetta remembered; though ideals were the very ideals she fought for herself. She didn't need to be a Hero, she simply wanted to help people; she wanted to improve the lives of her people, and inevitably, the lives of all those who needed help in the universe. If Hero was the accompanying title, then so be it; but Hero was just a word, her desire to help was all the mattered.

While an intense rage still lingered within her at the utter ignorance of whoever may have bothered Azoth in such a way; that rage would not be displayed on Zuqetta's face. Instead, accompanying her sudden bright smile from hearing Azoth's words, the emotion displayed upon Zuqetta's face and within her eyes, would be of absolute determination!

"You said my only mistake was quitting." Zuqetta began firmly as she gathered her thoughts, "But I'm here, in front of you, right now!" She exclaimed, clenching her fist, "I just... took a break! That's it! Forget everything I said about running away, I was just on a break!" She would explain, hoping to ease Azoths mind as she regained her own motivation, "You and Rosemary kept everything safe, so I took a break! Heh, sorry for not tellin' ya!" She'd say with a toothy grin, "My breaks over now, and I'm not quittin'!"

Her own words irked her slightly, knowing the truth about what she had done; as well, the memories of who she had failed didn't make things any easier. These negative thought and feeling however, they were things she would break away from and toss aside. She wouldn't forget them, but she also wouldn't allow them to weigh her down; she would simply learn from them, and improve.

"Defenders of peace, of justice." Zuqetta would say calmly with a deep breath, "I train... to get stronger, not just for my sake-" She would continue with a firm expression, repeating what she had told Azoth their very first meeting, "-but for the sake of those I care about! My friends, my family, and any who requires my help!" Suddenly, she would place out her hand before her; extending it in the hopes that Azoth would take hold of it, "And for the sake of the Galactic Frontier! The defenders of the universe! I still wanna help, I wanna stay by your side!"

She knew that Azoth had already said that she could stay; but this was different however, it wasn't just an offer she was accepting, it was a desire she was requesting. Azoth seemed down, and she had no idea who had made him that way; but she still believed in him, as well as in the ideals they shared. Even if she couldn't be a hero, she knew that Azoth was; and while she wasn't the best at motivational speaking, she had hoped she had gotten that fact across.

It was nice to see Azoth's smile and confidence quickly return, this was the way he was meant to be after all. Seeing it helped ease Zuqetta's negative feelings as well; she'd been so negative for so long, it felt like the norm. Hanging out with Azoth however was helping her to remember how she was prior to it all. Moving past all her failings would be difficult, but she knew she could do it; she had Azoth's help to do so after all. With that, Zuqetta couldn't help but to return a cheery smile in response to Azoth's mild smirk; but with both of them having finished their drinks respectively, Azoth made ready to depart.

"Ooo~ Secret information?" Zuqetta teased as she followed Azoth up into the sky.

She couldn't help but giggle a bit as Azoth wobbled around in his flight; meanwhile, she herself had since learned to move as gracefully as a sprite, nimbly circling around him as the two ascended higher and higher.

"Hey, didn't you used ta have some kinda cloud?" Zuqetta questioned as she remembered the little yellow cloud that had dropped him off at the beach all that time ago; only for hr face to redden slightly as she also remembered that Azoth was always naked. A thought that seemed to cascade, causing her to redden further until she was forced to slap her own cheeks to remove the thoughts as she further realized that just earlier she had technically been hugging his naked body while crying, "Heh, d- do you ever think about wearing armor?" She'd state nonchalantly, coughing a bit as she focused on the removal of awkward thoughts.

Though, the coughing wasn't merely due to the thoughts; but the altitude as well. She hadn't noticed until now, but the two had climbed to a rather incredible height; one so high that the features of the city were indistinguishable. The air was thin, and though her flying skills may have been superior; her lungs most certainly weren't, at least not when compared to Azoth. With how unaffected he was, Zuqetta almost wondered if he even needed air at all. The distance above the world had a purpose though it seemed, one that Azoth was quick to show; and one that would also answer the question of needing armor all on its own.

Through the mild dizziness, Zuqetta became excited as Azoth power began to rise. His body would stretch and grow as he took on the familiar form she'd contended with back during their clash on the beach; something she was still jealous of, considering her small size. It was clear he'd gained considerable strength since then; she'd been able to sense that before; but there was more...

Rather than cease at an expected level, her power would continue to grow; causing Zuqetta eyes to widen with awe as a wide, gaping smile stretched across her face. From the crown, to his gems, to even the sparks of overflowing energy; the form Azoth now took was truly befitting of an Emperor. His appearance was both elegant and regal, with not a sign of imperfection; almost like he had been crafted by an artisan. Zuqetta's demeanor however, was not quite on the level to give Azoth an equally elegant response.

"THAT'S SO COOL!!!" Zuqetta would shout, immediately becoming dazed as she did so; causing her to nearly drop from the sky.

With the high altitude combined with the rush of Azoth's energy washing over her, it had all become a bit overwhelming. She would catch herself quickly however, taking a calming breath as she examined Azoth's form.

"You're like... some kinda SUPER Arcosian!" She would exclaim, before taking notice of her quivering form.

She had never felt an energy as grand as Azoth's, and didn't believe for a moment that she ever would again; Azoth had reached a level bar beyond compare. Even with the trust she placed in him, instinctively her body still shook. It may have been from excitement rather than fear, but regardless of what it was, it was clear by her shaking form and intensely frizzed up tail that her every fiber considered what was before her dangerous. So much so, that Zuqetta's own Raging Spirit form was continuously attempting to flair up; something she had to consciously prevent.

"Hehe, s-sorry!" Zuqetta would apologize with a smile as she took hold of her shaking arms and attempted to warm herself up; wrapping her tail around her waist as she did do, "I'm not scared, heh, but I just can't stop shaking!" She assure with a bit of a laugh; taking another deep breath afterwards to calm herself.

Beneath all the shaking, something was boiling up within Zuqetta; something unnerving. Azoth was powerful, far more powerful than she would or COULD ever be. Even still, beyond all reason or logic; alongside the constant pulsating of her Raging Spirit that she kept subdued, she wanted to fight him. She knew she would lose, she would be beaten in mere moments; yet the urge was still there, and such a fool-hearty urge worried her.

"Crowned huh?" Zuqetta would comment as she examined the display above his head more in detail, "Hehe, didja get this power as a gift for becomin' emperor?" She would quip, "Maybe I SHOULD became the next queen then if that's the kinda gifts ya get! Heheheh!!" She joked as she slowly began to calm from her excitement; her body steadily adapting to the massive energy, "Well, I like it!" She state cheerfully; curiously wondering if the crown was something that could be touched.

Rather than a crown however, Zuqetta felt it looked more like a halo; making her wonder if GOD FORM would have been more apt. It was more of a silly thought than a serious one though, and above all, it was Azoth's power to wield; he could call it macaroni and no one would dare challenge him.

It seemed as well that the reaction to the power wasn't something strange either, with Azoth even stating that he himself had dealt with a similar reaction. It was nice to hear that he had similar high hopes of her gaining such power as well, and as she had her head rubbed, she would give a soft smile; this feeling of familiar bond was something she sorely missed while she was away. It made her wonder how Zriracha was doing as well; she would definitely need to meet with her again soon. What Azoth would say next however would distract her from the thought; piquing her curiosity at the idea of it.

"Super Saiyan?" Zuqetta would question, "Hmm... I don't think I have... at least, maybe not in the form of whatever legend you heard?"

Zuqetta wasn't certain of what she knew; but she'd heard the phrase from Onnio several times. She had merely chalked it up to him playing Super Hero however; after all, she'd never seen such a phrase mentioned in any of the logs she'd studied back at Sadala's Information Citadel. Of course, it wasn't as though she'd studied EVERYTHING they had to offer; and something like a Super Saiyan sounded like it'd be a child's book. If Azoth was bringing it up as some kind of legend however, then maybe there was more relevance to the phrase than simply Onnio screaming it about himself whenever he got excited.

"What's this legend all about?" She would ask, "And who'd ya hear it from? Is it someone I might know??" She would follow up curiously; she may not have been the most popular, but she certainly wasn't a social pariah, she knew her fair deal of Saiyans!
