Hawthorne was curious why Derry had requested her, especially after surprisingly being given a task by the mortal idiot. She didn't work directly for the snakes unless Hazel insisted for her help, knowing Hawthorne's vast love for technology and abilities to use her minor electrical ki to manipulate and infuse them with it.
Derry had requested her help with a strange drone he had received by an unknown sender, to which she found a message that was likely urgent considering it was reporting the death of someone Derry had a contact with on Plant. Hawthorne was impressed by the foresight taken by the (now dead) tuffle to ensure the contract was fulfilled even after her death. Although the comments of the message seem to make Derry very uncertain about whether or not he'd actually be able to still get his payout.
The result of the message was Derry asking Hazel and Hawthorne for their help, Hazel was a bit hesitant about returning to the otherworld but Hawthorne reassured her that they would be fine as long as they were there together. Plus Hawthorne was very interested in meeting somebody clever enough to stress Derry even after their death, even if she was technically doing it to ease the mortal's worry.

Something flashed across the dewy heavenly sky like a flaming comet heading directly down onto the white marble pavement without causing any destruction except for dark scorch marks stretching away from the center. The flame seemed to open up as it took form of wings, retreating into the body of very short curvy female with long scarlet curls messily draped over her shoulders and a taller slender female with asymmetrical white hair, both sporting long horns and partially scaled with long reptilian tails.
Hazel gazed around the heavenly realm with a squint, as many people spotting them ran in the opposite direction of the two demons, it was far brighter here than she liked, "Were you able to get something to locate her energy? I really don't wanna be here longer than I need to be," she huffed a bit impatiently to her younger sister, she rather be coddling her child right now and then trampling around in the otherworld.
Hawthorne could understand her sister's minor irritation, especially when she was still wanted in demonic society, so the quicker they found the tuffle the better. Hawthorne handed over the drone to Hazel, using it to try to pick up traces of Amara. Honestly they weren't even sure if she had touched it at all but they were hoping she did and if she had they would have a bit easier time trying to pick up on her energy resonance. Hazel focused her energy on the item with her hair floating up and around her, after a long quiet second Hazel started to slowly walk forward in a direction picking up a very light energy hopefully leading them to the tuffle.
