The tribe of the Mazoku was not so trusting of their neighbors, making it difficult to even get close to them let alone befriending them. It took a lot to even get them to speak to Acous, but his persistence was not unrewarded. The battle between the insanely powerful being on the world had long last repercussions. The territory of the Mazoku had been damaged and some people were hurt by stray energy blasts. Homes had been destroyed by the sudden change in environments and some of them had come to this old ruins to hide away. Seeking shelter where they could while they tried to recover.
Acous was here, assisting in the recovery efforts after the battle. He didn't take part because it was not his place to intrude. Yet he felt a keen sense of failure in his actions. He was here now, bandaging the wounded, aiding the sick with medicine and offering bedding to those who's bodies were weak with age. Acous had kept persisting to help them despite their efforts, standing outside of the ruins for hours on end waiting for them to let him in when finally the Mazoku broke down to let him help.
He was eyed with distrust, treated badly by the elderly as they cursed him while he bandaged the young. But the young namek didn't care, he was here to help in any way he could. No matter the cost to himself or to his company. It was the right thing to do after all, and no one should be made to suffer as this people did. As he stood up after bandaging the last of them, he wiped the sweat from his brow. He had been working hard to heal their wounds with his magic... assisting them where he could and where he could at the lose of his own strength...
His button up shirt sleeves rolled up, purple blood on the front of his outfit from helping those wounded. Namekians could regenerate, but it didn't mean all wounds healed easily. The scars that would be left on this poor souls were not only emotional... but some where physical just like his. He could only hope he had done enough.
