A Request -

Mint was just back on Earth, his goal was to find the Dirty Snakes. He heard about them from his spy Kamae. But it meant he needed to put his nose to the ground in order to find it. He was in North City, his scouter scanning as he walked. However as he had been thinking of where to go look for the Dirty Snakes his scouter beeped. A large set of power level falling from the sky to crash into the lands into the distance. Mint looked over and decided that was going to be something that he should give his time too. Mint would begin to fly over to check out whatever decided to crash on the planet.

Mint would eventually arrive at the ship that has crashed. It was a large vessel. He could see smaller ships as well that seemed to be with this. And even more annoying they seemed to be apart of the Arcosian Empire. Was this someone new he was not aware about? They even seemed to be forming some sort of large camp. Mint would walk over glancing at the encampment. “From the looks of things this seemed to be a part of the Arcosian Empire. I’m Lord Mint. Who is running this?” Mint glanced around before checking his scouter to see who the stronger person here was. And the highest power level he picked was <38,000>. This was stronger than he expected.

Mint looked at Captain Blizzard getting a look at the cyberized Arcosian. He seemed to be a cyborg of some type to enchant his power? Or were they to fix his wounds. He found it disgusting. If he lost an arm he'd rather it be shown. He could of gotten a robotic eye for example or metal plating to fix his damaged chest. But that was not what he'd do. No he found that foolish and a sign of weakness. If you had to hide one's areas of weakness then everyone would know you were truly weak. Of course, This man had a high battle level so he should not underestimate him and he had to find out ho he was. How was he not aware of such a powerful Arcosian warrior?

He named himself as Captain Blizzard and he was voyaging and gathering data from other planets. He could not say he had heard of the name. But he had not been apart of the upper working of Arcose until a few months ago. At this point it seemed he was the right hand man of the entire empire. How things could change so quickly. He allow for the captain to finsh speaking explaining he had men working on the ship, and men scouting the planet. "Captain Blizzard huh. I hope you know of the changes that have occurred in Arcose Leadership. I'm assuming that you do. But suffice to say our new Emperor Azoth is already working with a positive relationship with this planet. So make sure your men act in accordance and do not draw too much attention. We do not want these people to believe we desire to take over this planet." Hopefully the Captain would follow suit with that order so they could move to different business.

He was more then aware of the situation. He asked him who the first name he thought came up in Arcosian history but didn't let him answer. For him it was of course General Hibernal. Which. Was pretty accurate. Other than one of the many emperor's, General Hibernal is a name many would know. And someone he actually knew of course, though only for a short time. Anyway, it was almost as if the man wanted to give him a eulogy praising him for what he was and yet how he could die. And the questions of why he was killed. Had he become too old or lost his will. "No. Those are the two things that didn't kill him." Mint's face was sharp with anger at the thought. "He died because he was arrogant. He stood at the peak for so long. But yet, he didn't realize it was not his time anymore. And he decided to fight. He could still be alive right now but he could not humble himself." Mint spat.

It was not as if he hated Hibernal but he found him to be arrogant. He was so sure of his stance and didn’t even give it up at the end. When he could have saved his life and made Arcose Better. Mint was a patriot. He would do what he could to help Arcose. He wanted Arcose to be the most powerful. Hibernal as the general and Azoth as Emperor would have been the best they could have done. That is what he believed. He was a great warrior for his time but his time had passed by the time Mint was a kingpin and that was two centuries ago. Another two centuries only allowed that to be proven to be a fact without any other recourse.

Now that he had gotten that out of his system there were other things to focus on. He made it clear he was a pro Hibernal supporter but he was not going to be reckless and just attack. But he still didn’t like the vibe. “The Arcosian empire is going through rapid changes through the past months. It is an empire of peace now. Not one of war. So be well to remember that. As for information you pass along you may pass it along to me as well. I am in close contact with Azoth. Though it has been some time. I’ll have to fly back to the plant soon to find him. If he is not at back on Arcose or at that spaceport he created. Whatever the case do not cause trouble.”

"Yes indeed. Arrogance is the biggest weakness of the Arcose Empire. Many members of it have a high level of arrogance and are not able to tame that feeling." Something he had done. He had fallen in line for Emperor Azoth. Now he was the second highest member of the empire. He also was aware of the change, he gave example how when he went to Namek he meet people who didn't even know of the Arcosian species. Mint just glanced at him. "Namek? Ain't it some backwater world. Covered in green and not much else." That was what Mint knew about the planet. He had no reason to visit the place. But he was at least curious to hear what Blizzard had to say about the planet.

Anyway, he didn't find the captain to be a bit disingenuous. Not to say he didn't believe what he was saying but he was saying all he did was watch. Yet he sent men flying around. Did he think he'd not notice that? But he decided to keep the peace. That was how he liked watching the worlds. He also had a pretty sizeable distrust of the saiyans. "I'd not call them barbaric. From what I seen they are very cultured. But a war bound culture like our won. They needed to be enlightened of course that war not the answer but I'm sure we can do that." and indeed hopefully the war on plant would end soon. And hopefully the Arcosians would be the one to decide it. Between Azoth himself and this Captain Blizzard, they were a pretty hard to defeat trio. Glancing around the encampment to get a feeling out, it seemed Captain Blizzard was somehow that at least useful to the cause. Therefore, he was worth some respect.  He offer his hand to shake Blizzard's hands. "Well so far things look good here Captain. Good job. Allow me to update you on any other matters of concern."

He listened as Blizzard explained that Namek was not just some wasteland. Apparently, they had their own problems but at the same time had some strong fighters. Perhaps he really would have to give the planet a visit to see what he could do. He could maybe find more recruits for the Arcosian Empire. Or maybe just generally create a good relationship between Arcose and Namek. Furthermore, it seemed that Frozen was gonna do his own looking on plant which was good, taking a look across the planet has things changed. He'd have to return soon himself, to help Azoth if the war did finally pop off. But he was sure that the saiyans would not be so foolish to start a fight. He already leveled the threat of Azoth and his assault. That should hopefully keep them at bay.

He did think to himself annoyed as he shook his hand, and the man began to talk about getting upgrades. Truly he had gone the route of some mechanically menace. He found it very annoying. But it didn't matter, Captain Blizzard had gotten injured and needed to keep fighting. But he didn't have much respect for him replacing his body with mechanically parts. This was not a disregard for androids, he just didn't have as much respect in hiding wounds in such a way. "Regardless your encampment is looking well. I think we are basically done here. I don't think there is much I can offer you unless there something else that you need me to do?" He wait to see if Blizzard needed anything else.
