BACKGROUND:
The Dirty Snakes had funded enough money to create a series of test tube artificial beings. Smokes was a test tube experiment that was labeled #60 and release around the same time as Gray. Since being active, he has done burglary only jobs. This would involve scoping out the rich houses day and night with no sleep needed. Calculate everyones daily routine and by the end of the week, he would go like clockwork and steal everything that was of value and sell it by any means necessary. Smokes is what you would call a serious individual that doesn't play games. If you make fun of his height or the way he looks, you will be meeting his friend the tommy gun and his best friend the bazooka. Smoke was created to do one thing and that purpose is to make the Dirty Snakes a vast amounts of money and keeping it secured. He also tends to work with his associate Pursuer.

This shiny, life-sapping ruby provides +10% power increase to any Standard Technique once-per-thread. This cannot be used in conjunction with any Momentum Power Boosts.
