While in your strongest available form, you may activate 10% MP Power Boosts on all of your Attack Techniques for free. This halts your momentum regeneration for that turn. However, you may not use any Power or Ki Boosts on defensive techniques with your MP in your strongest available form.

BACKGROUND: The Sankishin or rather, the body of Kamae is a thing considered taboo and horrific by the people of Talos. They view it as a dark omen, an abomination of all things right in the world. After consuming a "deity" Kamae transformed into what is his original body. He was then defeated by a hero named Karna who split him from his body and left his spirit to wonder the universe. His body was sealed away beneath 72 barriers and 36 vault doors. Karna sealed himself in the vault with the body so that should the dark being ever reawaken its body and take full control of it, he would be awakened with it to defeat him.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots and One Sparking Slot that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an slots. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots.

Support Technique || MAX Power: You may opt to increase all techniques by 10%. This will drain Momentum at a cost of 1 per turn and prevents you from using evasive techniques, escapes, and blocking escapes. You will be unable to gain any momentum during this effect. If you run out of MP while using MAX Power, you lose its effects immediately and can not gain any MP on your next turn. You may only deactivate MAX Power at the conclusion of your turn. You will still lose MP for the turn you turned it off on.
Heavy Sparking Type || Devastations Zeal
Kamae unleashes his full might upon his foes, breaking the chains upon himself or simply going beyond his limits to gather power. He gains a halo over his head as the air above him becomes a massive summoning circle. The circle will then begin to prepare his attack but he must focus to maintain the pact. Upon fully charging his attack, the summoning circle unleashes a devastating beam toward his foe that is meant to completely devastate his surroundings. The halo over his head is to show where his focus is currently and can be used as a clue to his opponents.

Variants:
Preparation: You charge your attack for up to two posts. Charging for one post adds +20% to your Sparking Technique’s power, while two posts adds another +20% atop (40% total). You fire the post after you finish, but your KP and MP is consumed when you start the charge. You cannot regain KP naturally while charging, but your passive MP regeneration continues normally as you charge. You cannot use any other techniques while charging unless you fire or cancel your charged attack.
Utility Technique Magic Materialization: Characters with magical abilities can conjure objects or structures. Larger or more complicated things will take more energy and focus to create. This technique is passive and does not require KP.
Utility Technique Ki Suppression: Skilled control over your ki allows you to suppress your Power Level to a minimum of 1 PL to either hide or use this lower PL to fight characters weaker than your full strength on even footing. This technique is passive and does not require KP use.
