BACKGROUND: Tekira had her whole life planned for her by the time she was five years old. Being the youngest daughter of the wealthy Raizu family, it was always assumed that she would grow up to take the reins of the family business: a little bit of mining, a little bit of investing, and a whole lot of shady trading. Her family and the corporation it ran were never considered major players in any one industry, and they never attained anything close to worldwide repute. But even a minor share in Earth's wealth was enough to ensure that Tekira never wanted for anything. If she wanted a new gadget or a new toy, she had only to tell her parents, and it would be hers. But a lifetime of wealth didn't necessarily afford her much freedom: she went to the best schools, but she took the classes her family instructed her to. She even went to college for a year: the same college her mother and father went to, in the same program they took.
If her parents were going to have anything to say about it, she was going to be the family's next great business mind. Her pesky little interest in engineering was something that could wait until after she had secured the family legacy.
No matter how luxurious her life was, she always knew that if she stepped away from the script that had been written out from her, it might mean getting cut off. Maybe losing access to your wealthy parent's credit card is a pretty petty struggle in the grand scheme of things, but for someone as sheltered as Tekira, it was a big deal. And it felt like a big deal when, after growing bored of college, she abandoned her classes and struck out on her own. It might have started as a brief moment of rebellion, but the freedom to go where she wanted and do what she wanted was too sweet.
When it became clear she wasn't going to turn up back to her classes in a week or two, she got cut off. No more money, and no more safety blanket, unless she sorted her attitude out and returned to school. But, Tekira decided that her destiny was elsewhere -- and when the money dried up, she did the only logical thing for someone so unused to hearing the word no. She got herself her own credit card, and started spending to the limit. She got herself a hovercar and an apartment, a little workshop to tinker in, and a full pantry of food delivered to her door.
That's the best part about credit cards, isn't it? You don't even have to spend your real money!
Maybe Tekira isn't quite ready to live in the real world yet. Maybe she's missing a few important skills that she might have learned had she spent more time outside of her own protective little bubble. But she won't hear any of it: the way she sees it, the world isn't ready for Tekira, and she's ready to take it by storm! ...What that means, she hasn't decided yet. But she's pretty sure she won't find out in business school.

Light Attack || Pistol ShotADDITIONAL NOTES: No starting transformation! Looking to transfer from Kohi. I'm also good to just not use those extra technique slots.
Tekira takes aim with her handgun and fires a bullet! A perfectly ordinary bullet.
Power: 20%
KP Cost: 1 KP
Variants:N/A
Light Defense || Run!
Tekira tries to dodge an attack by... moving out of the way.
Power: 60%
KP Cost: 2 KP
Variants: Evasive
Utility Technique || Doctor of Diagnostics
Tekira has a natural talent for engineering and electronics. One of the most unusual examples of this is her ability to figure out what's wrong with a malfunctioning piece of equipment in a relatively short time. Fixing it is another matter, but she can at least provide a speedy prognosis.
Utility Technique || Hotwire
When you're used to getting what you want without much struggle, paying for things can be a real bummer. It's a good thing, then, that Tekira has the rather dubious talent of being able to hotwire various vehicles for her own personal use. It's not really illegal if you don't set off the car alarm, right? (Requires consent to use other player's vehicles, etc!)
