NOW THIS WAS A PLANET!
Almost the complete opposite of Namek, Plant was more akin to Earth but more rough-and-tumble with strong-guys everywhere you look! It was more common to find a battle-hardened Sayain on this world than to find a basic human-like creature with no fighting experience! It had only been a day and Liari had already gotten into half-a-dozen scuffles! THAT, right there, was how you greeted someone! Now that she had gotten to know the locals, Liari decided to go and enjoy the scenery, skipping through the forests on the outskirts of civilization as if she owned them! And why not? The sayains have done nothing but make her feel welcome! Sure they were crass and... kinda mean at times, but when everyone on this world was ready to throw hands, there was literally nothing but fun to be had!
Kuzam resided around Liari's neck, his body having shifted into a maroon scarf that resembled the cloak he typically wore. He, too, found this world QUITE gratifying, the endless variety of outlets in the people here keeping his anger from being pent up too much. He found his temper softening with each beating he had either taken or given, his disposition less grumpy and more... eager. Inviting, even. It was a... good feeling, if an odd one, as if a memory of something he used to feel was made real again...
Liari's lips were curled into the widest grin... She felt that in her brother, that change in mood. Ever since they had landed on this world, she had maintained a telepathic link with Kuzam, feeling and reading his thoughts actively throughout the day. As much as he could feel the change in himself, Liari could feel the change in him too. He had-been and WAS a part of her, after all... As much physically as he was emotionally.
"This best place." Liari decided with a satisfied huff, stopping in the middle of a WIDE clearing and stretching her arms over her head! "Can't wait to tell momma about this!"
She probably already know. Kuzam remarked dryly. Liari could almost sense a smile on his face.
"I tell her anyway!" Liari exclaimed bubbily, allowing gravity to tip her back on her heels and fall onto her back! She almost at the impact, prickly alien grass poking into her deep blue skin! Yeesh.... Even the plants here were tough!
So... What we doing here? Kuzam asked after a moment of silence.
"Anything! World ours!"
...You just wanna nap. That why we here.
"Hey..." Liari glanced down at Scarf-Kuzam. "I listen to you yell and gripe and scream for days. I tired now. I sleep now you feel better."
...Whatever. Kuzam sighed, unwinding himself from around Liari's neck, unfolding his body out into its full, humanoid shape! I watch over you then.
Liari would giggle and smile sleepily at that... and before long, she was out like a light! Kuzam would place his hands on his hips and shrug his shoulders, sitting himself down beside his sister. She had done so much for him, even going as far as to risk their mother's ire by sneaking out here... As he looked down at her, snoozing and snoring loudly, Kuzam smiled gently.
He wouldn't forget this kindness. Not even if he should die.
