Utility Technique || First Precept: No Sword (Ki Book #1) Marie read a book once that talked about how to cut things apart and the first thing it said was to consider that there is no such thing as a sword. Her hear embodies this and Marie has come to learn to cut as finely with a blade as any part of her body.
Applying for two new UTs from the books I bought.
Utility Technique || Second Precept: Wide Stance (Ki Book #2) The basic stance of cutting. Marie takes a wide stance, her grip loose and tender and preserving the fluidity of her shoulders and wrists. Her breath is even and her footwork controlled.
Utility Technique || Third Precept: Strike Without Thought (Ki Book #3) Clinging is the great error of man, or so the book said, and continual self-annihilation of the self was needed to properly cut. Marie becomes immune to mental effects and telepathy and cuts without hesitation whether it be at friend or foe.

[UT] Might of Those Past While Ancestral Weapons themselves mask their true power from all, when awoken they are not wholly incapable of exerting this perceived might. Instead they may express it through their bonded wielder without revealing the energy is their own. When activated the Ancestral Weapon's innate energy is intermingled with that of the wielder's and is then expressed in an aura, giving the wielder a false visible power up to a maximum of the Ancestral Weapon's maximum PL.
Note: This would mask Ki Sensing and similar techniques on the Wielder to perceive the PL of the Ancestral Weapon (Guardian) as if it were the wielder's own.

[UT] Might of Those Past The soul of the wielder is always tied to that of the ancestral weapon, whether bound by bloodline or by that of a long lost ritual. One of the consequences of this binding is the partial separation of one's soul, leaving a small piece of themselves inside the weapon for the remainder of time. With this comes an interesting effect, however, resulting in the perceived spirit of the weapon being identical to that of the wielder under any and all circumstances.
Note: When antisense is active, attacks made by the ancestral weapon will have the same feel as the wielder's senseable power. And while antisense is inactive the senseable power level of the wielder becomes that of the weapon's maximum and both are viewed as a single entity.

This may be felt even by those lacking the innate talent to sense energy.
This operates with antisense while the exact value of energy is hidden.

Instead, each level of gravity is applied based on the power percentage the affected are comparable to Himnabrjótur at the time. When that shifts thanks to transformation the severity of the effect will shift from one approximation into the next as follows:
Should your be Powerlevel 50% or less than that of Himnabrjótur's, then there may be a smothering weight.
Should your be Powerlevel 60%-100% of Himnabrjótur's then there may be a noticeable, but not oppressive weight.
Should your Powerlevel be 110% or more of Himnabrjótur's then you may require concentration to notice any minor gravity.

Utility Technique || Fourth Precept: Equal Measures (Ki Book #4) You must adjust your hands as needed, breathing steady, the life cut. In this way the firmness beneath the feet must be the same weather atop fire, earth, air or water. A handling of this Precept allows Marie to move with an advance degree of control over the typical level of Flight and to stand on things that would otherwise not be fit to stand atop.
Utility Technique || Fifth Precept: Boiling Life (Ki Book #5) A brain is only useful until the point it is not, but the power of Will is eternal. Your body must be suffused with a terrible heat and your blood boiling to snap at your enemies even as they cut you. In this way Marie exhudes and aura of pure heat that is powerful enough to melt stone should she be in the midst of attack. The heat felt is relative to Marie's power to those around her and those equal to her might feel nothing more than an odd warmth while those beneath her feel the burning coals to their skin and those above her need not deign acknowledge it.
Utility Technique || Fake Precept: Mockery Stance (Ki Book #6) The Thirteenth Precept states 'The weak swordsman reserves his strokes' and this is often something Marie agrees with. Unfortunately she is a hypocritic thing known to wanton fancies and may reserve her strength and strokes to continue a battle in which she can admire the art of cutting. (Re-flavor of ki suppression)

Alright, first up, two techniques getting edited due to rules change AGAIN. Technique Type: Heavy Sparking Technique Name: K.O. Punch
Description: Mister Steel knows that a true fighter can’t settle for 100%! He’s got to put 110%160%180% into everything that he does! So, as a coup-de-gras, Mister Steel takes 110%160%180% of his power and forces it into one limb to deliver the ultimate KO blow! It takes him a moment, though.
Technique Type: Medium Attack Technique Name: Finger-Gun
Description: Mister Steel forms his hand into the shape of a finger-gun, with his thumb as the hammer. Once he "drops" the "hammer", he shoots out a bright, pink ki-bullet in the direction of his target.

Technique Type: Medium Defense Technique Technique Name: Steel Armor
Description: Similar to his Man of Steel and Right Back Atcha techniques, Steel infuses bits of his body with ki in order to protect himself with damage. The difference here is that he infuses his core and his head with extra ki, making his muscle, bone, and vital organs harden as well. This lets him mitigate damage if an attack breaks through his exterior defenses.

Technique Type: Heavy Attack Technique Name: Steel Tsunami
Description: Steel summons up his ki and surrounds himself with a hot/neon pink aura, which flows around him like water. Then he leaps into the air above his opponent and channels that aura into a punch or kick as he hurtles down towards them. Due to how his ki drags and flows, it looks as though Steel is at the center of a tidal wave that comes crashing down over his opponent.

Technique Type: Heavy SPARKING Defense Technique Name: UNBREAKABLE!!!
Description: As always, Steel floods his body with ki to harden it and protect himself against damage. However, when going UNBREAKABLE, he also sends ki outside of his body in a flowing, hot-pink barrier as a sort of cushion or crumple zone. This gives him an extra layer of protection, as long as Steel can maintain it.
