GENDER: Male
SPECIES: Adroid – Overdrive, Endless Energy Core, Absorber Module
GENERAL TRAITS: Antisense, Quick Learner
STARTING PLANET: Earth

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
APPEARANCE: Rez is a bit short for his age, standing at five feed and two inches tall, and has a very lean build. He is very toned though not excessively muscular. His skin is abnormally pale, whether this is a result of the cybernetic modifications made to his body or a general lack of sunlight for the past few years is unknowable. His skin is also marked with a pattern of green geometric markings that glow when he uses his ki. Two lines run down each arm, coming to a circle on his palm, with similar marks on his legs and feet. The lines converge on his upper body, all connecting to a circle right over his heart. His round face isn’t marked, however the lines do extend to the back of his neck, where a small circle sits right at the base of his skull. On the side of his neck is a small black tattoo that reads “R-35”. In addition to these clearly artificial markings, his skin is also marred with a great number of scars in various stages of healing. His eyes are the same green as his marks, and glow with them when he uses his ki. His hair is black and straight, and has a messy, windswept quality. In terms of clothing he prefers loose-fitting, comfortable outfits, especially those that cover the marks on his body.
BACKGROUND: Rez’s memories of before he was turned into an android are fuzzy at best. He doesn’t even remember what his name was before those days; “Rez” is just his coy twist on the serial number he was assigned, turning the cold digits into something he could own. He has vague memories of growing up without a family, and being grabbed right off the street, but that’s about all he has. Otherwise, his life began at the facility where he woke up, strapped to a table with the doctors all around him. They put him to sleep, and when he next woke up he had the marks, and was stronger, faster, and could manipulate his ki in ways that would normally take years of training.
Not that it did him any good, as they had very effective ways of keeping him in control. The only time he could actually make use of his newfound abilities was during the tests they put him through, but really, they were more like cage matches. They’d let him out into a large room and watch how he defended himself against machines and great beasts alike, before ordering him back to his cell. After a while, he started to realize they were ramping up the challenge every time. They were pushing his limits, trying to see where the end was. He wasn’t their final product, he was just a prototype; something disposable that they could work off of later. They didn’t expect him to actually make anything of the power they had given him.
He used that to his advantage, though. In every test, he would push himself just a bit more, trying to figure out how his new body worked, and how he could use his abilities more practically. He never grew as a fighter beyond simple brawling, but slowly he managed to gain a handle on his newfound control of Ki. Eventually the time came to put his work to the test. Ignoring the murder-bot they had set on him, he instead blasted a hole in the wall using his newly developed Shotgun Pulse technique. They hadn’t expected him to be able to refine the power they had given him to such a degree, and thus didn’t take measures to prevent this.
He tore through the facility, boring a hole through it until at last he was in the open air, flying away without any thought except getting as far from that place as possible. He kept flying until he finally couldn’t anymore, crashing in the middle of nowhere in Earth’s harsh western lands. Now that he’s out, the only question is what will come next for him.
