Kabe wasn't sure what reason Nero had to share that information with him. Surely, being the kind of man who got wrapped up in the affairs of the Gladiator, he knew how valuable that information was as leverage. "A pirate?" Kabe called out to Nero. "Captured by a wizard?" He sat on that for a moment, considering the exchange that was offered. Give a little, get a little. His playful side perked back up. It wasn't a lot to go off of, but he finally had some indication on where to start looking.
But he wouldn't give up any more information than Gladiator had already figured out by herself. And it seemed Nero might have more information on which person he was tracking down, as he highlighted with a suspicious amount of emphasis the insane speed the wizard had been capable of since capturing the pirate. Looking around for an opporunity to exit, Kabe was strapped for ideas. "I suppose I could give a little," He started, awkwardly twiddling his thumb as he took a few steps back from the duo. "I won't tell you who I'm after, but if you can guess..."
His moment was now. He drew out the last syllable as a bus raced around a corner just in time. He stepped forward again, now edging the opposite side of the road to the Gladiator, and smiled. "You'll still be no closer to catching me!" As the bus moved through, Kabe gripped the side of it. Slipping in an open window that had been catching the breeze, he disappeared from the street as it passed. Leaning out the window, he waved off to the two. "Thanks for the tip, buddy! Good luck escaping her!"
One bus wouldn't be enough to trick the Gladiator, but Kabe's incredible luck had come to save him once again. Quickly, the bus met up with a convoy of three identical buses, each heading off in different directions. All he had to do was hedge his bets that she wouldn't pick the right one. And as he rode off into the sunset-less Namekian horizon, he cocked a grin knowing once again he'd bet right.
