From the stars [Open]

Crotona had been on Namek for a while and not really had done much. There were not many people here. She had talked with some namekians to learn about the culture of the planet. Crotona walked around and she needed to find something to do. So she didn't die out here of bordem. She had arrived at the Shrine of Porunga to go look around and learn even more about the culture. But as she was looking around she noticed someone that she actually knew, "Wait is that you, Tiamat?" Crotona narrowed her eyes looking towards the two other arrivals at the shrine. One of them was a blue-skinned Majin. But the other person was someone that she was sure she knew. Tiamat and she had met at the world martial artist tournament. She must have headed to Namek to make sure the planet was safe and check out what was going on. She would respect her for that. But more importantly for her right now, she had someone to talk to.

"HEY!" Crotona would run over to meet up with Tiamat and Liari to see how they were doing. "It is so nice to see you. I have been on this planet for a while but have not been able to do all that much. Learning about the culture but not be able to find anything to help Konats is a pain. So who is your friend seems nice." Crotona paused, "Oh I should introduce myself." She waves to Liari, "I am Crotona of Konats. It is nice to meet you."

The Majin noted a distinct tonal shift in Tiamat's voice when she acknowledged the Majin's questions, her excitement dying considerably as she explained the context behind it. Essentially, they were in the right area, just missing out on the exact person... OOOooooookay! So! Needle-in-a-haystack time! Got it! The Majin nodded along, doing her best to act like she understood what "Prayer" was. Some kind of food, maybe...? Liari didn't talk a lot when she was snacking... Maybe that's what the people... wherever they were... were doing right now! She wandered around a bit, observing the statue from all angles, sometimes pulling up finger-fulls fo blue grass to feel... other times just staring at the BIG, GREEN sky! There was so much about this planet to get used too, so much that was different from most others she'd seen! She wondered what the PEOPLE would look like... Maybe blue like their grass...? Maybe green like the sky...? MAYBE they would look like giant octopus-men with bat-wings! In this universe, anything was possible!

...Kinda like someone looking like Tiamat coincidentally showing up!

The Majin blinked, legitimately surprised by the appearance of the woman who wandered their way, Liari looking on as Tiamat and she exchanged kindly greetings! Her eyes instantly fell upon Crotona's pointed ears, her gaze glancing back at Tiamat's comparing the two! They looked so similar... Maybe the same people? Well... maybe not... Crotona's ears didn't point nearly as upward as Tiamat's did and her complexion was more greyish than pink! Plus, her hair was a much DEEPER orange than Tiamat's and... well... her clothes had more substance than style.

No, Liari considered with a nod, this person wasn't another kai... LOOKED A LOT LIKE ONE... MAYBE A MUTANT... but wasn't one. She sounded nice, though! Friendly and stuff! Tiamat certainly thought so from the greeting she gave! The little blue girl would come out from her little hiding spot from behind the statue, walking up behind her mother and taking her hand in hers! Crotona, noticing this, would ask just who Liari was, and to that, the kai would introduce The Majin as her daughter! 

Liari couldn't help but smile at this, lightly pressing her cheek into the kai's arm. It felt nice hearing Tiamat say that... It felt safe... warm and fuzzy and stuff... Crotona would have at the little blue girl and introduce herself, Liari, watching her hand motions, would mimic it clumsily, smiling sincerely her way!

"Hiya!" She greeted! "You look like Tiamat!" Ah, there Liari was, being unable to contain her observations. "You like her? Ant-ee Crow-tone-ah?"

Tiamat was amused at how Liari reacted to what she said. It was sort of cute to see her try to investigate the statue while being visibly shaken by the different aspects of everything on this planet. The Shinjin was not that impressed, having seen Namek countless times already, but it was a little weird now that she lived on Earth for a while, to see the green sky and blue grass. The multiple stars shining in the sky, on the other hand, were simply beautiful to her. No wonder the Namekian people were so enlightened, this planet was devoid of night.

Crotona seemed to understand exactly and instantly what Tiamat said to her. That was a nice change of pace to everyone else who was simply confused by the mention of magic, not to mention those who simply asked, but were not really interested in what was going on, a whole thing, really.

'' Exactly, something about this Dragon, and the seven spheres around it. I saw a similar description in a temple on Earth, only... uh... the dragon was different. It must have had either something to do guarding the planet, or it is a warning for great danger... both of which I'd rather be in the know.''

Yeah, Tiamat knew that dragons were, most of the time, negative things. But this place was visibly reverred, so either they were praying to keep this thing sealed, or the thing itself was positive in nature.

This train of thought had occupied Tiamat, but she was paying attention to the exchange between Liari and Crotona. With a bit of a chuckle, she rubbed her shoulder on Liari's gently.

'' Don't go around expanding our family just yet. Although it is really strange how Konatsians and Kais look alike... perhaps one of mine mingled with a mortal eons ago, who knows. Your people do have an affinity to magic, don't they?''

Crotona nodded as she listened as Tiamat explained about the seven dragons and the temples that were related to the Earth. It was quite an odd situation. "Yeah I wish I could give my own insight but this is all new to me today. I really don't know what it could be. Guess it some sort of religion?" Crotona rubbed her chin, she was stumped. She hated that feeling of not knowing a thing. As for Liari she seemed really happy to meet her and added her as a new friend. "Oh well, I like making new friends. That is my favorite thing to do." Crotona gave a thumbs up to Liari. The more friends that she had the better. But Liari seemed to be confused and believe she was a Kai. It was hard to explain.

Hopefully, Tiamat would be able to explain she was much smarter with these things and Liari was her daughter! So if anyone could get the answer right it would be her! Tiamat explained to Liari no she was not a Shinjin but she was not related. It seemed Liari didn't wanna wait too long for this all to be transpired. Guess she just make it clear, Liari probably was not the type to sit around and chat. She probably didn't wanna learn all of this stuff. She probably just wanted to be told yes or not. With that in mind, Crotona glanced at Liari, "No..I'm sadly not a Shinjin. I am a Konatsian. We look a lot alike but we are not of the same species. Maybe we are distinctly related in some way. Anyway we should keep looking at this stuff, I didn't mean to keep you guys waiting."

Crotona would confirm, that, NO, she wasn't a Kai... and The Majin slightly lost interest. That was kinda disappointing... THEY LOOKED SO SIMILAR, THEY COULD BE SISTERS! Kinda like-

...No. Not like Laezi. 

The Majin would look up at Crotona, smile a weak grin before returning to her rocks, tapping one and transforming it into a perfect toy-like replica of the Konatsian!

Ah, boredom... It could strike children like a whip, too potent to be ignored! Perhaps the two elf-like women were put off by the Majin's radical change in temper, going from interested to not in a matter of moments, but t'was her nature, subject only to her whims and whimsy, her emotions and wants! Tiamat and Crotona didn't seem overly bothered by Liari's sudden boredom, however, the Kai expositing further as to their purpose here! Liari would glance up from time-to-time and the age-old-friends, tuning in just long enough to pick up on the odd word or phrase! Cult, dragon, balls, gods... Something about Guru, whoever that was...

As Liari touched the rock again with her magical finger, she found herself wondering WHEN something was gonna happen... On Earth, some evil, ugly guy (as all evil-people are ugly) would come out of nowhere and demand a fight already! There were just SO MANY people wanting to fight on Earth, you couldn't walk 30 feet outside your door without tripping over one of them! 

HERE!?

...It was quiet... and dull. 

Pretty as Namek was, there was no immediate action to be had, no TOWERING architecture, no cities (thank god) and nothing much else to look at! Blue grasses and green skies were nice enough and The Majin could stare at the three suns, trying to figure out the spacial mechanics of THAT mystery until her retinas melted... but she REALLY wanted to hit something... DESTROY something, you know, let herself UNLOAD until she had no energy left to release! Her fingers clenched periodically with anticipation as she transmuted her rocks, her eyes twitching lightly at their corners with hyper-energy! Where were the dungeons to delve? The monsters to fight!? The treasure to hunt!? As Liari touched the rock once again, it transformed, in a flash of light, into a detailed replica of a treasure-chest practically overflowing with genuine (if tiny fragments of) gold that shimmered in the light of the three suns! 

The Majin found herself musing if this planet would look better on fire, maybe glinting with as much shine as the gold she had made once she glassed it! Maybe if she blasted one of those tiny islands over there, she could see! Acting on impulse, she would raise her hand, pointing a finger at one of the smaller island fragments just off the coast, the tip of her finger-nail glinting with a small hint of energy.... Only for her to remember that Mama was right next to her! Reigning herself back in, The Majin would lower her arm again, chewing on the inside of her cheek in some vain effort to keep busy!

Tiamat would mention something, though, that would get Liari's attention: Power. She mentioned power. The little blue girl would perk up at the mention of such a word, her eyes widened, sharpened, at attention as Tiamat mused... She was gonna have to make sure someone SHE wanted became PRESIDENT... or GURU of this world so that they could get the magic they needed! While Liari LOATHED the roundabout nature of this mission, she found herself wondering if being Guru gave people magic powers... After all, Tiamat mentioned that only Guru could tell them what they needed to know! So... if they just took any native of this world and slapped him with a title... would he tell them would they wanted?

Maybe, maybe, maybe! That sounded like fun! 

"Ooooooooh...." Liari exclaimed softly, having fully directed her attention towards her mother again with her pendulum-like whims! "That sound fun! We make Lotsa Gurus! They say lots of things!"

The sudden intervention of Liari as Tiamat was done speaking of why she was there almost made her jump. The Majin had this habit of just springing back into action without much warning, and that was certainly one of these moments. Although, Tiamat guessed that her wanting to get involved was positive news, 'making' a Guru, as much as the Shinjin would love it to be that simple, would have to take a while, which would certainly cool down Liari once more... maybe it was a bad idea to bring her here, but she could not exactly sleep well with her alone on Earth again...

'' Yep! We making a Guru! First thing first, we have to find an old, wise, respected... and most importantly, good Namekian to serve as our base for that. I can teach magic, I can give him some form of recommendation, I believe the Namekians would respect recognition from a Kai... the rest is mostly tradition, rituals and probably having to beat up in some way the demon clan if they chose to interfere... which is likely during these kinds of periods... ''

Tiamat would then turn to Crotona, having said that, as she had mentioned flying to a nearby village. That wasn't a bad idea for sure.

'' Oh, yeah! Meeting the locals will certainly help a great deal with that first step of ours. Alright, lead the way Crotona! And Liari...''

She turned to the Majin, smiling at her dearly.

'' You can follow us, but if you really don't want to, you can always go and have a look around. But remember to only punch people who either consent or are evil. ''

Tiamat did not exactly believe she could restrain Liari a whole lot more than that and was not gonna try unless necessary.
