BACKGROUND: It would not be inaccurate to claim that Arcose and its denizens are in a constant war. A war of politics and mindgames, personal gain and the trampling of others. Such was the way of the Arcosians, beings born with immense power and prestige yet destined to seemingly squabble it away through infighting and greed. For untold centuries this was how the planet was ruled by those of high standing. 'Old Money', as it were, held much more sway over politics than any newcomer could hope to grasp. At least that's how the system had functioned. Over times, cracks began to form in the thought that only those of pure blood should gain high standing. The opening and spread of Arcosian companies and goods slowly across the known galaxy helped give rise to a new class of those in power: merchants. No longer did one have to focus entirely on domestic control, effort, and lineage to gain influence. With the will, a starting fund, and a good idea it seemed almost any Arcosian could suddenly become wealthy beyond imagination. Freige's own family had been slowly working away at growing their own business over hundreds of years. Territory and natural resource acquisition was a slow-burn task. Yet their efforts finally culminated in Freige, an ambitious and business-centric individual with ideas of grandeur for all of Arcose. Not only did he manage to bloom Feran Industries into a rising galatic power, but his sights and goals expanded and started to even affect parts of Arcose itself.
With the throne having been vacated in recent times, an obvious vacuum of power went unchecked upon his home planet. To even try and fill in for the smallest part of what was considered a royal duty as nothing more than a middling noble would have been once considered ridiculous to the highest degree. Yet in recent times the favor of some had shifted away from the typical Empire and towards that of those like Freige. Monolithic corporations that held enough resources, wealth, and soldiers to facilitate themselves as their own factions entirely. And Freige was at the head of one of the largest. His ambitions to instill a new era of Arcose, one focused on prosperity and extreme meritocracy will not be received with open arms by all. Yet in his eyes, change is a necessary event if the Arcosians wish to move past their status as powerful bickering children, Compromises must be made, deals must be forged, and above all his vision must be enacted - there is no other way that Arcose could hope to prosper. Now it is only a matter of time before Freige attempts to make some sort of move to cement himself as a rightful and legitimate ruler of all Arcose.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an additional slot. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots. These are for unique effects, such as Ki Sense or Magic Materialization, which aren't specifically tied to combat. Freige however won't start with any.
STARTING LOADOUT: 100 XP into PL. Using 4,000 XP to buy a Guardian, and putting 900 more XP into said Guardian's PL. Starting Zeni will be used to buy an attack pod and the rest will be saved.

Ki Sensing || UtilityADDITIONAL NOTES: Form names - Barbaric (x2), Dragoon (x4), Vanguard (x6)
A technique that allows you to sense, measure, and differentiate the ki signatures of ki attacks and all living beings without the Anti-Sense trait. Higher ki signatures are easier to sense and can be sensed at greater distances than lower ones. This technique is passive and does not use KP use.
Flight || Utility
By some means, usually through a skillful application of your ki, you are able to fly through the air.
