BACKGROUND:
Yurei has lived all of his life in the backwater of Planet Vegeta. The truth was, if you weren't apart of the Saiyan Military or the Tuffle forces, you were considered an outcast. Living in the poor section of Sadala Capital, Yurei always had to make ends meet. Since both his parents had given him up for adoption in exchange for money to survive. He lived his life in and out of group homes, where one day he would have to make the decision at the age of ten whether or not to join the Saiyan military. If one didn't join their army, then you were left to the streets and other jobs to attend to. Yurei didn't like following rules and decided to live on the streets of the capital. Stealing from stores, houses, and even mugging people on the streets when he was at the age of thirteen. He found himself in and out of the jail system, so much so that he has an arrest record of over fifty times. Finally at the age of 25, he committed a serious crime which landed him in a life sentence situation, the murder of a councilor member. He didn't do it, but the system didn't care for the innocence of the minority. So he plotted his escape from the jail and entered a gang life from within the bars. As he grew stronger within the system, he finally made his escape with a few others from the jail. Now living his life on the run, he hopes to have a better life.
