BACKGROUND: Stapely was born in East City, by parents Geenz and Sueshi she genuinely was what a parent could ask for. Kind, Sweet, sometimes a troublemaker but not every child is perfect. As she got older she's seen the good in these aliens and how they were able to help others easily. Their abilities were out of this world in her eyes, almost like superheroes.
That was Stapely's life, parents were a simple middle-class family. Doing whatever they can to make ends meet, especially with all people and aliens running around. Her dreams of becoming a good person was all she ever wanted. A means of an end to help those in need.
Though apparently naming their daughter after an office supply item would be considered funny. Regardless, in school she was genuinely average though a bit rough in some subjects she still managed to get a diploma. Of course with the government and people in turmoil it really hindered her progression far as a job, she wondered how they even were alive at this point given what's going on. Maybe they were the lucky ones?
Now at the age of eighteen she really partaken in the art of music. Some say she uses this to calm herself down in times of stress or depression. Realize the potential these aliens have in terms of raw power.
She seems them as a threat to them all, one day they might take over and make them either puppets or slaves to accomplish their goals.
Whenever she sees one no matter who they are whether it'd be saiyan,namekian, or any other races she'd look in disgust or possibly anger. She wanted to do something about it, despite not being the political type of person she'd make groups like herself that dislike these aliens. And reform the human government back to its former glory.
COMBAT INFORMATION
TECHNIQUES: You start with Three Standard Technique Slots that you can use any way you like. Some species start out with an additional slot. You also start with two additional Utility Technique Slots. These are for unique effects, such as Ki Sense or Magic Materialization, which aren't specifically tied to combat.

The user concentrates ki into the guitar. Then by stringing a single note they can create a shockwave of sound that pushes enemies back. (The longer they keep stringing the bigger the knockback.)
The attack can be dodged or countered by either a shield technique or a ki blast or energy blast.

Description: Using ki manipulation with her guitar she's able to create a shield that blocks incoming melee attacks and even beams. However this barrier is still susceptible to the attack/defense clause. And requires time to activate.

Description: The user manipulates ki into there strings and targets the opponents legs and feet. This ability can be used to increase the tempo of her guitar making her the opponent move slower or faster depending on her needs.
The opponent can counter this technique by getting a far distance as its total range is only one meter. And the strings can easily be cut with basic ki attacks or enough strength.

The user is able to manipuate ki into their entire body causing them to float in the air.

Using her guitar she is able to emit sounds of pure energy at the target. These sound-waves can be amplified too a large margin. However at her current level its at a moderate decibels.
